Sorting regulations is not the work of policy makers. (Making sure there are certain loophole is.)

I meant the categories. They may not be used much but become very important once the wiki is big and you start needing to search. So editors should know which one to add to the pages and so on.
Lets take this simple example about hierarchy

    Code:

        Human
        /  \
    Lander  Abh
            /  \        \
        noble citizen  subject
As you see it's mostly a tree-like system.
It's relating to programming ... you might want to read up

It seems pretty self explanatory except I don't know what is meant by subject. Does it mean
"Citizen Subject" or simply "Subject" or is it meant as a separate topic?

It's "Imperial Subjects" but it also does mean there can be more children (branches) in the tree.

I'm reading there's a new mechanical display technology. Imagine the needle plate where you can push (imprint) on one side and it's projected on the other side. Here's it's more like a surface with little refraction nodes, hence, gives rainbow coloring depending on bending.
And I thought this technology was outdated/dropped six years ago...

Ok,that makes sense now. Sort of like a descendants family tree as opposed to an ancestor one in
    genealogy.

It has finally decided to get to be Winter here as we have snow falling and the temps have been
around 29 today. Time to bundle up!

As I said I picked up a copy of Gundam vol.2 in the old comic book style. In the back
cover page they had an ad for Silent Mobius vol.2.

Also I picked up another copy of Daredevil along with vol.9 of Lady Pendragon
and two more issues of a mini-series that DC made in 1999 featuring the WW2 era Justice Society
    of America.

I also looked for ideas for the white elephant that our church choir is having on Dec.11.

Enjoying games once more and trying to see how I may spark that requested enthusiasm with the fan base for Seikai. I am not sure how best to do that; however, I will share what has inspired some of the terms or ideas behind my descriptions as of late:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NUraRBy2Fcs

I love the descriptions the Wargame series gives for their briefings, and it has loaned me plenty of ideas of how to approach introducing some articles.

In the meantime I will need to visit the "Wanted Pages" tab or the other special pages to see what we may need. Anyway, World of Warships seems to be getting a major improvement soon. Despite the issues of World of Tanks or a little bit of the issues with premium ships, it doesn't dominate the game, and I will continue to provide the company my support. It's rare to see any company, especially one as "thirsty" as Wargaming, to be cognizant of what it does and balance its business approach with some feedback from its fans.

As for white elephant this you have to hunt all year round. From what I see the gifts are the kind that are unique but have fleeting value. So they are mostly artistic or for display purposes. Anything fitting these categories goes.

Discovery & history channels are great but all too often have sensational telling, and manipulative as some facts are not told or bend toward nationalistic purposes. You should be wary about this.

I think french, german, austrian, and swiss ones are better even though they have their own (similar) agendas, too. You just have to know the motives, relations, hence their stand... Well, it's simple once you understand it but I guess people don't wanna hear it after all.
    french (english)

    german(?) (english)

Don't just go and create everything on the wanted pages. A lot has been created for some historic reason (spam or the like) and others there's not much to go by yet. Use some common sense.

Are the references to the History Channel or Discovery Channel references to something or just random thoughts?

Don't worry, I won't create everything on the wanted page so to speak. For a while a lot of Book 5 articles were on that page. More or less that's not the issue, those major events except the Battle of Skiil are described.

Anyway, so what? What's going on, is the white elephant me or, what's going on?

It appears Mitsuki will be involved with a kind of xmas white elephant gift or present giving event or game. And he needs a "fancy" over which people can fight over in the game.

It's for the church choir Christmas party next Sunday. They're having a Christmas bazaar today so might be something there, I don't know. I did see two copies of Sky Captain And the World of Tomorrow at one of the local second hand shops the last time I was there as well. I was thinking of that if nothing else.
Though I don't know how long that particular store will stay in business as I haven't seen it too busy the two times I dropped in. I haven't checked out the other one as of yet.

We're supposed to get a Winter Bomb sometime over the next week. It means the weather will
get suddenly a lot colder with chances of high winds and snow.
I wouldn't mind some snow, but not the wind.

I think I painted myself into a corner with my Madoka/Tenchi fanfic at Tenchiforum.
At least for now. I just need an idea of what would be Sasami's wish for her to make the contract with Kyubey in the first place.
I also need a good German sounding name for her Witch form and how you defeat her.
I added the scenes with Devil Homura and Goddess Madoka as simply a way of ending the first
chapter, but I think I wind up getting more interested in them than the actual action because of the whole Metaphysical aspect. And besides it's fun to picture that entire story being part of a chess game between the two.

Actually tempted to have a chapter where they meet their human avatars.

Yeah, rumors going around it's gonna be cold this winter due to la nina being late. It seems to be colder in california this time. *shrugs*

Well, if you don't have a wish for Sasami why not forcing it by a story!
I dunno what you expect about a german name. I mean there's no unique pattern at all and not many unique names from the "barbarian" age. Not to mention no "true" german anyway since there never was a german people, just a bunch of people coming together under Prussian rule.... Hmm, female ...sounding on the heavy ... Beatrix (somewhat breton old)

Well so far recount wise Trump went down 302 votes in Wisconsin before gaining another 386; while
in Pennsylvania Hilary won a grand total of 5- count 'em- 5, as in F-I-V-E, votes in the two largest
counties! Meanwhile Jill Stein looks to have her efforts to be denied in Michigan because an appeals court there says since she didn't get enough votes she doesn't qualify to seek a recount.

I wonder how much time and tax payer money that could have been spent on other things has been
    wasted thus far.

AFAIG: for the church choir party on Sunday one of the things I bought was a little green alien plushie.

When are they gonna make a Star Wars movie that features either Wedge Antilles or
Mara Jade? Either would be an interesting protagonist. And with Mara we could see what it was like
from the view of someone who was close to the Emperor.

In the meantime the Comic Book Resource named X Wing Squadron one of the best all time Star Wars comics because of the way it deals with it from the pov of the ordinary rebel who doesn't use the Force or is a Sith or Jedi. In other words the Star Wars a lot of us really want!

It's just for the records and won't change anything. It's not that wasteful as much as printing the ballots.

Wedge Antilles appears mostly in the Rogue squadron stories and some minor rebel stories. Hardly any Jedi involved. I can imagine a mini series but a movie won't give much screentime. Disney can't (steal) rely on the existing stories as they won't connect easily or at all. Simply said the small hero won't get a chance unless they pull off a team based story like Saving Private Ryan or Inglourious Basterds.

There's a number of interesting articles in New Scientists!

Interestingly, intel is pulling the plug for the new high-end CPU with high-end onboard GPU (Core i-6000R). I figured this would happen the first time integrated GPU appeared. I welcome it for the cheap but the problem is pretty simple. People who can afford such expensive CPU will definitely go for a dedicated GPU graphic card.
Cubase 9, traditionally best audio editor, gets rid of all 32 bit plug-ins. Looks like there's no choice now.

I guess some time or parallel universe thing can't be avoided.
How about a simple wish, still ignorant of kubey and his kin's scheme, yet related to but not a magical girl's action laden work. Something like making her cooking or recipe such that people eating it will be purged of evil thoughts/memory or become good people. Hence, fighting evil with absolute cooking power yet still unable to solve all the world's problems.

I was hoping to get RWBY Season 1 along with Kiddy Grade but it again wasn't available.
So I looked around and settled on Suzuka, I thought it would make an interesting addition since I do not have a sports anime( unless you count Kaleido Star).

Yesterday we had our church choir party. It was pretty fun, except for the Seahawks loosing. Then again it was in Green Bay so you could pretty much count on it being a no brainer that the Pack might win.
Anyhows the rules for the White Elephant were if a present was stolen twice the person who stole the second time got to keep it.

While for 2017 I need to slow down a bit but what I want to really add to my anime collection are:
    Akame ga Kill
    Celestial Method
Sailor Moon R if both parts to the DVD version are available if not skip.

    Ikki-tousen: Great Guardians

It's somewhat refreshing to refer to the blunders of the Abh military just to attempt to show some . . . false objectivity I guess you could call it.

Anyway, I have the book "The Guns of August", I hope I can get into reading it. Slow going for me so far.

Also I wonder if Nara temple wasn't built on a migratory path the ancient deer used which is why they
keep coming down there every year.

Cold at -1 or so but should warm up later on.

FWIW: when I order anime I order because it's something I'm interested in, I really don't care that much about licensing company or anything like that. I also don't care about sub only vs. dub only vs. hybrid. The only thing I care about is that it's available on DVD since I don't have a bluray player.

I know there are people out there where these things matter but that's not me.

I wouldn't be that surprised if the temple was built on the path. Even disregarding a mountainous country, it's simplier for people to follow existing animal path (before the dawn of roads). It may be different if people are still hunters, I guess.

It would be different if I were in the field...

    Hello there,

South Carolina had an article in the news recently about computers to be sold in their state with an adult-content blocker, which may be removed for a state fee of $20.00. Never mind such software does not yet exist, their more "liberal" neighbors of North Carolina and Georgia are easily within reach.

No new ideas for what I should be writing for the Wiki. Still trying to see if I can recruit someone I've met who is a fan to join the forum, yet that remains to be seen.

The Buffalo Bills may be able to make a bid for the playoffs, but their fate is not entirely in their hands. I suppose I am pulling for the underdog, and I am myself a Giants fan, but I'd love to see Rex Ryan vindicate himself for the treatment he received form the Jets, considering how horrid they were. Here's to hoping they beat Miami this Sunday.

I am trying to remember my own Christmas list, and I am having trouble doing so. O_o. That bothers me immensely considering I will be with my Dad soon in Houston, and I mean I imagine it's because I have most of what I'd like, but I know there's something I've forgotten.

I saw Rouge One. It was amazing. That is all.
