Mamotte Shugogetten,read volume 1(compilation of vol.1 and 2 of regular manga)and will read vol.2 this coming Sunday(compilation of volumes 3 & 4 of regular manga).
If you haven't heard of it it's pretty much like Ah!My Goddess except that the Goddesses are Chinese and they aren't related.
Need to get more.

Just read vols. 2 and 3 of Yu-Gi-Oh! this Sunday and last.This is not the same series as what aired on tv.For one thing it's a lot darker and definitely for an older audience.In one chapter Yugi's alter ego has to play a series of Shadow Games with Shadi,if Dark Yugi looses then the result is Anzu falls to her death.
Another difference between the origial and the Americanized version is that
Jounichi is much more willing to hit first and ask questions later than Joey was.

Finally got Mamotte Shugogetten vol.5 so am re-reading the rest of the series.This week re-reading vol.3.

I'am ready bleach manga online, hoping for finally end to the Arrancar vs Shinigami arc.

I keep up with the Naruto Shippuden and Bleach mangas online.
Least I don't have to watch the anime then.

I plan on watching Naruto Shippuden when it airs on DisneyXD.I like
Kate Higgins' Sakura.Though one of these days I should break down and get the DVD so I can watch it subbed.
btw:Another thing we have to thank CN for:cancelling Naruto before the first part was even finished.
As far as manga goes I am currently rereading vols.2-4 of Neon Genesis Evangelion:Angelic Days.Vol.4 on Sunday and then next week on to vol.1 of The Raising Shinji Ikari Project.

Sakura has a couple episodes where she kicks some butt in the start of Shippuden, when they fight the puppet master. After that she's just... sort of filler.

In the manga, she's about to make some big decision with Naruto, so maybe she'll finally make some kind of choice.

Hm, aren't those two game related mangas (and not canon)?

I have no idea.All I know is that Raising Shinji Ikari Project leans more to the comic.For example when you think they're going to finally reveal the Evas they instead show a bunch of exercise bikes!
I haven't gotten anything new in awhile so last week I reread Inuyasha vol.13.I want to get the final chapters when they get out,but because of space might wait until the anime version comes out instead.

I think Rin-Ne is Takashi Rumiko's latest which is why I would want to get it to see how it stands up to her other work.Inubaka is the current anime that I really have to have.Any animal,especially any dog lover needs to read it.

X-Men and Wolverine,mainly to see how they stack up against the comic books.

Now, i'm sure NGE raisin shinji... is fiction within fiction close to fanfic IMHO
FMP Overload isn't really good in my opinion, it's rather a complete cemedy chibi version. I rather like the original drawn by the experience mangaka.

Well, I haven't read any in a long while...I think I will take up Ultimate Hentai Kamen now that it's finished. It's a hilarious comedy series on the japanese hentaism. Since I have read /seen most on your list my choises are limited. I don't want to reread so I will eye series I have been avoiding or didn't want before. *shrug* I see there is some need to recommend some for you ^_^ I get back on that later (next post)

Tenchi in Tokyo - not that I'm aware of. TIT is considered the Black Sheep of Tenchi fandom... so it didn't get a lot of support.

Dual!! Parallel - yes there were some short manga stories made (like a few pages a book, sometimes a two part story, and a pretty nice number of 4koma or 4 panel manga done in similar style to Azumanga Dioh (same creator actually). There's a a half dozen hentai things in some of the doujinshi as well. Some inserts had back story to D's civilization.

Tenchi Universe - TU does have some novels, and perhaps some manga. There one poor grade US comic book.

Saint Knight's Tale - not as of yet, although there's 4 doujins that have been released. It's still pretty new. We're only up to ep 9 in subs right now.

Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki, Tenchi Muyo! GXP (2 diffrent but same universe) - indeed they are the same dimension... as is Kenshi from SKS is from the main Tenchi dimension. This has the most in the way of novels and doujinshi as it's the primary canon timeline. Some of the GXP novels have repeating appearances from Dual characters (abliet different dimension versions) in them.

Now the bad news... is there's no official translation of pretty much any of this stuff.
I've got a pretty large stock of Tenchi doujins (see: http://www.badongo.com/pic/2988667 )
that I've been trying to get rid of for a couple years now. Plus I'm admin with the main Tenchi group
at the AFC... where we've got a largely inactive translation section. Mitsuki Lover and I are/were members of the main Dual community as well before it fizzled out.

Folks have tried to translate the novels, one group even succeeded... however they got hit with a letter
from the JP publishers to either disappear or face their wrath so to speak. So it all vanished one night.

Doujins are largely picture books, some have pornography (hentai) some don't.

I tried my hand at translating a couple pages of the Dual manga stories... unfortunately didn't get far.
I'm fine with machine translation, but I have to usually have someone for usage/syntax for characters I don't know/understand.

But if you want to know about Dual, I've got pretty much everything there is to own. The
things I don't can be counted on one hand. The Tenchi community at the AFC forum has scans of some of the doujins and of course some things translated. We typically try to keep tabs on SKS too since it's the only thing coming out right now.

Also don't forget about Photon: the Idiot Adventures, El Hazard, Pretty Sammy, Spaceship Agga Ruter (hentai), and the specials/movies. There's quite a bit more than just Tenchi wrapped up in the Tenchi-verse cake.

There were also several volumes of AIC Club and AIC Love sort of catch all book mangas (some of them had color pages or CD-ROMs, or trading cards). AIC used these like magazines or fan comics. Putting crazy crossover stories in them or add ons to their current series at that time. Tenchi characters are common... as is Battle Athletes, Pretty Sammy, and El Hazard.

Well, the main Tenchi manga has been completely fan translated for years. (after all they had been working for...~8 years)

The quickest way to get these translated is to donated the scans to groups. Of course most groups have their hands full or have certain genre prefernces... my ex-group is probably not interested. v_v

Finally got off my ass and started reading the manga.

I thought that bit was funny,especially knowing D's character and how she spent an entire afternoon holding an umbrella over a poor puppy to keep it from getting soaked in the rain...Nah!she wouldn't cook the kitty.
As far as reading goes,I just read vol.16 and 21 of OMG these past 2 Sundays and so I think I will go through Mamotte Shugogetten again starting on this Sunday.Mamotte Shugogetten is that OTHER Goddess series.Except they're Chinese and unrelated to each other and entirely ditzy,it's kinda like OMG.
I wanna see a battle between Belldandy and Shao(the main Goddess character from MS)!!!!!The Battle of Over-Politeness!!!!

Yeah I really wish I could get the rest of the Dual manga online... there's a lot of cute scenes.
I liked the one where Rara and Sanada (Drs) are building a sand castle at the beach too.. kinda funny.
