I think part of the problem with the drought in the Midwest has to do with the stupid people who want to protect animal species that no-one has never heard of before and so stricter water laws concerning
irrigation.I think there's such a thing as being overly silly when it comes to protecting animals and
plants.Let's put it this way.crops and farm animals should come first before some unknown species that would probably have gone extinct any way without our 'help'.

I want my vacation...tried to get it 2 weeks back, but there's always 1 more important thing to do, but hopefully this day already come... is it?

Uhm, wasn't there a report some months ago about how a protection project actually killed off more of the species it was supposed to protect? *scratches head*
Anyway, the scientific important point is to keep diversity, hence, natural health. This includes unknown medial uses, and possibly future cures to yet unknown "maladies" whatever they may be. As to the "green" people, heh, this green generation makes more trash on sites than previous generation.

I updated my antivirus by installing a new version last week-end.
That's when some major troubles appeared. Despite freeing several gigs to install it it was still not enough and windows wouldn't startup.
Took me hours to fix this then a bunch of internet connection problems appeared.
As a result of fixing over several nights I'm exhausted.

Looks like i finaly got my vacation Spent a few days sleeping and being lazy It's the good news. Bad news - my Jeep have "sunk" due to unexpected flooding that happened just where the service station was There was a heavy rain and some water collector got blocked by a tree or trash (or both) and we got a new lake in the middle of the city But now water is gone, though it reached 1,5 meter of depth in some places!

The isn't that much damage - not enough time to cause some real corrosion, though it seems there is a water in the engine and transmission so oil change is a must...
The roads are already terrible (cuz they were poorly built to meet Euro deadlines) and now this...i'll need HumVee here soon :/

It seems you got to disassemble your jeep after all...water and dirt are bad for the engine. Not sure if oil change alone will do.

Well, the HMMWV (Humvee) isn't really good. It's prone to turn over on terrain where it counts, that's why you never see any movie of it driving through difficult terrain. That's also why the chinese don't want it anymore after seeing it for themselves.

Well I did read up on in the paper after the last post and found out it was a "punk prayer" whatever that was.I think though that the Russian Orthodox Church might have had it coming because they fell back into their old habit of supporting the Russian Powers That Be.The last time they did this was
during the Tsarist times and they later got in trouble with the Communists for being so closely connected to the Imperial System.(Of course the Communists themselves later used the Russian

What ticks me off in this case is people are still saying how peaceful Norway is. Just because no news coverage is being made doesn't mean a thing. I have enough human rights and aid contacts to know first hand otherwise. It's one of the worse countries regarding foreigners in our first/2nd world circle.

Anyway, Curiosity has started its first drive. Despite its size and nuclear power it's so slow (2-3 weeks for 1300 feet). It's supposed to work for a year but I suspect the guarantied 14 year nuclear power will be enough for at least 5 years. That is unless it gets blown away by the yearly sand storms.

Or unless those pesky Martians do something to it!
