After a short hiatus the shows are airing again
Sword Art Online - Alicization ep.13
So 70 years after Quinella became Administrator she discovered that her memory capacity has reached its limit and decided to use a young girl as a repository. This was an opportunity a 2nd control check system of the cardinal system waited for to take over the girl and stop Quinella. However, she failed and had to flee leading to her exile in the library of the game where Quinella had no power. This is when Quinella build and enslaved the integrity knights. To prevent them from escaping her grasp she keeps their most important memories in her chamber at the top of the tower (of course). Hence, Kirito and Eugeon are tasked to retrieve them.

Goblin Slayer ep.12
After the short Boss fight we get to see the celebration and the revelation of Goblin Slayer's face to the guild members. We don't get to see it, though.

Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken ep.14
Things have been cut down recently with recent shows. After a short depiction of the battle Gelmud arrives to prevent his plan from falling apart. He gets pummeled by our slime and ends up killed and consumed by the Orc Lord who did it to fullfill Gelmud's wish (Karma). Hence, Rimuru and the transformed Orc Disaster fight in a contest of consuming each other and regeneration. Rimuru wins by a margin due to his higher rate. He promises to take on the sins of the orcs. Since the matter has been settled he releases the Kirins from his service but they instead swear (eternal) filthy.

Got my copy of NieA under 7 yesterday from Rightstuf. Still haven't heard from them as regards the question about the coupon I sent them. So I guess if I don't hear from them before the 22 I will order Yuki Yuna Is A Hero at full price and in March order Banner. But really I think I need someone to help me so that I don't go overboard with my purchases.


Monday re-watched episode 8 of Full Moon, Mitsuki is excited because "Myself" is finally out and can't wait to hear what the other kids in class have to say. Unfortunately no-one seems to even know about Full Moon or her single. This puts her in the dumps thinking she failed. Then while walking down the street she sees one of her classmates talk on her cellphone. The girl is talking about

"Myself" and all Mitsuki hears her say is:" It's no good."
So she gets even more depressed. In order to cheer her up Meroko disguises herself as Mitsuki as starts hawking copies of the CD. Takuto calls her out for it on the roof and she has to apologize. But when Mitsuki walks back downstairs she encounters a group of the girls from her class including the one who she had seen on the street. When they start talking about the song she asks why the other girl thought it was no good. The other girl replies it wasn't the song it was the fact that she couldn't find a copy because it was all sold out. Then the girls try to sing it but when Mitsuki does they all applaud..


Tuesday episode 14 of The Pet Girl, as Christmas approaches Chichiyo tells Sorata that she's going to close the dorm in order to have some fun in Australia; Jin wants Misaki to fall in love with him because he loves her too; Misaki is upset because she wanted Jin to hurt her; Aoyama and Sorata go out on a "Not-A-Date" Date; Shiina is escorted by Sorata to an awards banquet and then walks out because she wants to give him something..

Wed. saw episode 2 of Gasaraki the Americans and NATO invade Belgistan but wind up getting repulsed. The Gowas studying the film conclude that the Belgistanis have something similar to their own TAs.

Yushiro's younger sister questions what they are doing to him but of course is repulsed by the servants who try to prevent her from seeing him. Then they have Yushiro go through another round of simulations..


Th. episode 12 the finale for Season 1 of Squid Girl, Squiddie and Eiko enter a beach volleyball contest to win a 3-D tv; Squiddie looses her powers and decides to move back to the sea making even
Nagisa sad.


Now all that remains is the OVAs and then after that Crest

Friday episode 15 of Pumpkin Scissors The squad continues its war on the drug dealers. Martis and Orlando meet the refugees again and Orlando puts on an act of trying to rape the young woman they had met earlier; Martis decides to get in the act, and the men react just like they're hoping by beating the two of them to a crisp. The father and the other men declare that they're capable of looking for work if they want it.

One of the drug dealers goes to their boss looking for orders but finds nobody there.Then he finds a door open that leads down a hidden staircase when he gets to the bottom he finds the man in the fire proof suit. He goes immediately to Section 3 to tell everything he knows. This includes the date of the next shipment. The squad without Olrando goes out as he is given a special assignment..


Saturday episode 7 of Akikan Yell winds up going to school with the rest of the gang. All the boys are instantly jealous because she calls Kakeru "Kakeru-sama". They're mad because she's cute and of course he's already got Melon and Najimi. During class it's discovered that Yell gets distracted by bouncing things, so during PE when the class is playing baseball Yuyurin distracts Yell with her bouncing boobs (is Yuyurin not wearing a sports bra?) this episode seemed to be all about the characters' fetishes for some reason as Kakeru distracts Kizaki with playing horse with a text book..


Sunday episode 23 of Tenjho Tenge There's a lyrical bit as it's summer and Shin wants to spend one last day at the beach with his younger sister Maya.Later the Juken club gets together for their one and only picture,but everyone starts fighting before they can get one last good one.Then it shifts to the fight between Mitsuomi and Shin. Shin looks like he is all beat up and some of the students want Mana to stop the fight but she refuses because it can only stop when one or the other resigns from it or can't fight any more. Then Shin surprises everyone by coming back. Unfortunately during this part of the fight Mana gets in the way thinking he's finally finished and in the process he mortally wounds her. When Mitsuomi finally beats Shin, Mana tells him she knew this day would come not because she had any special ability like his Dragon's Eye but because she's a girl. Then she pierces his left ear with a needle and the two of them die together.

Sword Art Online - Alicization ep.14
Both protagonist forward and face of an integrity knight.
One fight and a bit of random small talk is all there is in this episode.

New anime season!
Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai
Alternative world/history about a zeppelin merchant/transporter and their escort ladies of the sky. Yes, finally another aircraft action anime.. It's a near full 3D anime except for BG, and random cast. 3D characters are rather years old standard and somewhat tacky. Certainly not the best style there is like Arpeggio of Blue Steel and more like Land of the Lustrous.

Domestic na Kanojo
Another anime about strange relationships... The manga is probably better.

Girly Air Force
The result of marrying "Idol Defense Force Hummingbird" and "Yukikaze" and turn it into girly mecha genre plus worthless harem hero. Automaton like girls and their supped up fighters who can only get up to speed when socializing with the guy... fighting alien fighters. Meh

Kemurikusa
Another anime mixture I don't know where to begin or what to think. Pseudo mecha humanoid girl lifeforms fight other red mecha monsters (who create a red mist). Suddenly a human boy appears confusing everyone... Probably meh

And this is why a lot of people are gravitating back to the older types of anime..

Monday: In a land infested with dragons one lone brave and beautiful young sorceress and her equally beautiful and brave companion are the only ones standing in the way between total destruction and the freedom of all mankind....Unfortunately this ain't about them (whoever they might be)...instead....we got Lina Inverse and Naga The Serpent in Slayers Gorgeous!

Tuesday episode 15 of The Pet Girl Sorata winds up taking Aoyama,Shiina and Misaki home with him for the break. Turns out his younger sister Yuko is a big fan of Shiina's and when she realizes that Shiina is the same person as the author of her favorite manga asks her to autograph the magazine it appears in.

Meanwhile Yuko and Sorata's dad is refusing to let her take the exams for Sorata's school and Sorata has to wind up talking him to allowing her to stating that when she fails to pass the exam she'll be more willing to try to get into a school closer to home(this happens when their father is taking a bath and is drunk). The father agrees to this.


Before the gang leaves again, Sorata's family takes everyone to the mountains to view the New Year's sun. Everyone shots out their plans for the New Year starting with Misaki...

Wed. episode 3 of Gasaraki The Japanese want to send their TAs to Belgistan but there's a sticky point with the Constitution. The minister who was holding back dies suddenly and Gowa Industries prepares to leave. Yushiro and his sister have one last talk in the family estate. They meet by the old water mill. She reminds him that she taught her that if you make a wish while the wheel is still spinning it will come true; he reassures her that he'll come back home safely.

In Belgistan Mihuro's people are worried that the leader of Belgistan is coming unhinged and is getting to be too unreliable.


This episode reveals that Yushiro holds the honorary rank of Captain even though he is just a civilian.


Th. the Mini-Squid Girl minisodes/OVAs of Squid Girl: 1) Mini-Squid Girl meets Dark Mini-Squid Girl and is chased all around Eiko's bedroom. Later when Dark Mini-Squid Girl falls out the window and is threatened by Dobermans Mini-Squiddie saves her, 2) Mini-Squid Girl is hungry and tries to eat a shrimp left out by Chizuru but Sanae sees her and chases her all around the Lemon Beach House causing damage. But the shrimp is a magic shrimp and enables Mini-Squiddie to grow giant size and stop on Sanae...who wakes up and tells her dream to everyone...


Next week Jinto and Lafiel!

Friday episode 16 of Pumpkin Scissors so it winds up that the henchmen for "Rat Face" were told to all carry some sort of code book. Captain Hunks looks through the one that the informant gave him; meanwhile Section 1's "Claymore" Division has arrived just before Section 3. Alice faces them with a double bladed sword (like what Darth Sidious used) and goes on the attack while Olan and Martis chase down the man from the 908. As this is going on the female doctor gives the samples she took from Olan to her blind assistant stating that soon they'll know whether the 908 or 901 will come up on top...


Saturday episode 8 of Akikan Najimi and Kakeru finally get their date and she makes her take her to an water amusement park. Yell and Melon run into each other as they had the same idea of trailing their owners. They nearly run into Boduko who is with Misaki. Fortunately Misaki keeps her busy. Otoya and Kizaki are also at the park and so are Yuyurin and Jigoro. Of course the later is having the worse time of it since he winds up getting thrown into the wrong side of the pool just as
Najimi and Kakeru coming splashing down and run over him without knowing. Then when they get on the ferris wheel Yell goes crazy and Melon has to calm her down...


Sunday episode 24, tv series finale of Tenjho Tenge Mitsuomi takes over as head of the family by staging a coup. He gets Maya so they can stop Aya from using the reiki blade. Then they encounter Sochirou and Bob, the former who wants to fight him. Aya watches on the school roof and remembers she was going to root for Sochirou no matter what. Then she decides to get rid of the reiki blade, but Maya dissuades Mitsuomi from destroying it. Aya leaps from the roof happily toward Sochirou who still is confused as to why she keeps referring to him as her "husband".

This episode had a lot more lighter moments than the preceding ones. For example two or three times the characters break the fourth wall: Masataka menacing that he doesn't have much to do during the episode, Bob telling Sochirou not to whine about not having enough screen time and Sochirou himself stating that he is the main character..."The main character has arrived!"

Next the two episode OVA and then on to NieA under 7

Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken ep. 15-16
After defeating the Orc disaster, Rimuru was made chancellor of the forest alliance. The dwarf king came by to check and after measuring him decided to form a trade partnership, hence, recognition giving their alliance legitimacy similar to a country.
Demon lord Milim gets interested and comes to have fun. She's an ancient loli childish dragonoid but is crafty due to her female instinct... She is triggered by anything relating to her appearance etc. Hence, a new annoying dangerous member joints.
The show has been abridging a lot recently. The manga is pretty good and the difference to the novel has been rather reasonably small. So I do recommend the manga if you don't want the novels.


Mob Psycho 100 Season 2 ep.3
So far it's just regular everyday life as usual for the show. However, in this episode we get some sort of hint as Mob senses and starts to grasp seeing something beyond. It hints at some powerful perhaps evil existence beyond imagination as his master guesses it in his mind. You gotta be dense if you don't get the clue at this point.
Anyhow, now that his associates know his power, he's kind of popular and they help him out when his life deficit gets in the way. See bully scene.

Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari = the rising of the shield hero ep.1-2
Naofumi, a 20 year old college student otaku/gamer. One day he finds a book by accident in the library and reads from it and gets summoned a la Fushigi Yûgi/Neverending Story. He's summoned along with 3 others from different alternative japan(timeline?) as heroes to save the world by fighting everso increasing monster destruction waves from another realm or world? Despite being an experienced major guild leader in gaming he's the same as a virgin girl playing a game for the first time so he gets framed, looted and socially outcast by the country and he other heroes. Except for a blacksmith who's sympathetic. As the shield hero he cannot use any weapon (don't expect the author to be consistent). Alone, he's desperate to find a way to survive while harboring resentment & hate towards his enemies (everyone else). This conflict and related social things are the major theme of the story.
Now he's managed to get a demi-human slave girl, Raphtalia, as a partner to fight for him. He basically starts to raise her. The enslavement magic spell contract mark binds them together. Raphtalia is an orphan from a demi-human town that got destroyed by the first wave. In the aftermath the human supremacy people of this country used the opportunity to raid and enslave the demi-humans. She's timid & fearful due to torture and abuse.

The manga is very abridge and about double as long in terms of volume number compared to the novel. It's good to get up to speed but the novels are the best. That said it's kind of lacking. The strong points are obvious and not exactly exceptional or new. But the story is interesting. And yeah, it's harem, not excessive expressing it but also not less like the New Gate either. From the looks of it the anime pacing might be a bit slow yet abridge similar to the slime show. It doesn't get good yet for probably another 2 episodes...

Monday watched Sailor Moon episode that introduced Sailor V/Venus dubbed. I watched it dubbed because I had already since the raw.Not a bad dub but special kudos to Queen Beryl's VA.

Minako still has the coolest intro of any of the Sailor Guardians, perhaps because she's the first and original one.


Tuesday episode 16 of The Pet Girl It's the big week. Sorata has to go make his presentation for his game; Aoyama has to get ready for her audition and uses Misaki's script ( Misaki tells her to use it to help her express her feelings toward Sorata); Yuko arrives to take the entrance exams. There's also a hint that Shiina is beginning to be jealous of Sorata and Aoyama's relationship. At the end Yuko tells her big brother to make up his mind and not be so indecisive when it comes to choosing between Aoyama and Shiina.


Interesting enough Misaki is Sorata's senior even though she looks and acts younger.


Thursday Lafiel and Jinto at last!

Wed. episode 4 of Gasaraki it was a bit distracting because the lips seemed to be out of sync with the dialog and the subtitles. Looked like everyone was talking faster than the words were coming. Other than that not bad. The Gowa Group makes it to Belgistan where they're assigned to capture a research facility that everyone thinks is unimportant because it's abandoned.After they captue it Yushiro goes into a trance and starts doing the "Kai Dance" in one of the craters. His oldest brother decides to analyze the area; one of the support personnel tries to stop Yushiro but he gets shot by a sniper just as she is about to reach him. Then the shit really hits the fan as Muhiro and the other Fake pilots arrive...


Th. episode 1 of Crest I don't think I need to say more.

Friday episode 17 of Pumpkin Scissors turns out that the Claymores were only fooling around with Alice biding their time until the kill order came in. They also tell her that there's another unit that's setting up an ambush so they're basically playing bait until the ambush is set up. Olan and Martis run into Hans but the latter is mortally wounded by a sniper. Captain Hunks goes to take a visit to his counterpart in Section 1 and learns that the army is using the Himmel drug as a means to financing itself. He shows an order to countermand the kill order and bargains it for the log he has with him and the commander of Section 1 reluctantly agrees...


Saturday episode 9 of Akikan Melon and Yell get jobs; Melon to pay off her cell phone bill and Yell to help Najimi. Melon ends up working at a maid café run by a cross dresser and Yell gets a job on a night road crew. Yell is embarrassed when the others find her and runs off. Kakeru tells Melon to run after her and he goes after Najimi. After Melon finds Yell she then overhears Kakeru and Najimi and runs off. Kakeru picks up her cell phone and finds an unsent message to him that she's lonely. He finds her tossing a baseball around and they wind up playing catching and talk things through...


Sunday episode 25 of Tenjho Tenge part 1 of the 2 part OVA. Souchihro and Aya go to get some training done at a place suggested by Maya but when it turns out the coaches are Souchiro's mom and Mitsuomi's dad, he walks out. Aya follows him and tries to convince him to go back, but he won't. Then they're ambushed and have to fight all the way back. Later it's revealed that the ambush was part of the training.

Later at school the rest of the Juken Club is stunned when Aya calls out Maya and calls her indecisive and then runs off...


So the final episode looks like it's sister vs. sister with hopefully Maya and Aya working their issues out.

Monday re-watched episode 10 of Love Hina, it's the episode that introduces Su's older sister and her pet white crocodile.
Also there's a Hunter's Moon that transforms Su into a lute playing version of her young adult self.
Though the rest of the time she's her normal odd self.


Tuesday episode 17 of The Pet Girl, it's Valentine's Day and also Aoyama's big day, but when there's an accident on the rail line Sorata has to come to her rescue.She takes the opportunity to use the script she was rehearsing to confess her feelings to a confused Sorata. Meanwhile Rita returns briefly but leaves before the others knows she's been back. And Shiina wants to give her chocolates to Sorata but is jealous because he's been spending time with Aoyama.

Saint Seiya - Saintia Shou ep.7
So far after the fight last time Shoko jumps into the void and arrives at the enemy's base. While the spirit of her sister Kyoko's courtier and Scorpio argue their different points and fight over her sister's body Shoko attemps to snatch her. The evil goddess awakes and after a short fight with her sister's soul Kyoko sacrifices her body to stop her. Hence, she's lost forever. Hence, start the main plot of war...
Not happy about it in general. It's just missing something.

Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari aka the shield hero ep.4
After fighting and saving the villagers by himself while the other heroes fight off the bosses. The receive a party at the palace where Naofumi is challenged by the spear hero because he's got a slave. As the spear was about to lose his side cheats turning the tables. Raphtalia finally sees the ugliness of the people around and more so than ever pledges herself to Naofumi. Although, the other sword and bow heroes weren't particular on his side they point out the obvious underhandedness of it all.
About two more episodes before the introduction phase is over. And finally getting to the good part...

Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken ep.17
So far Millim has shown up and become a resident. Some prisoner scout corps have been sent from a neighboring territory to confirm the situation in the forest. They promptly get recruited by our slime as stand-in as heroes in order to make it easier to befriend the humans of this world.
Really things are really cut short lots now. You better read the manga.

Wed. episode 5 of Gasaraki the big fight between the TAs and the Fakes. Muhiro turns out to be too much for the other TA pilots. During all this a sand storm brews bogging down both sides. An American news crew arrives to film the battle but they're killed by someone who doesn't want the world to know the existence of TAs yet. The organization that Muhiro belongs to tells the Belgistani leader they got what they came for and back out of the war; the result is the allies start their attack on the capitol. This episode reveals the name of the organization behind the Fakes and Muhiro:Symbol.


Th. episode 2 of Crest Lafiel and Jinto finally meet and they go off to join the Gosroth.

Favorite Lafiel lines: " You may call me Lafiel!"

"There are no attractive cabin attendants, but there is an attractive pilot."


"Why is it rude to ask a woman her age?"

Friday episode 18 of Pumpkin Scissors and a whole episode devoted to Sergeant Major Sticchin as she tries to boost morale. Funniest scene: Oland coming across the Sergeant Major practicing a "Pumpkin Scissors Dance" in the supply room and thinking it's some weird sort of religious ceremony.

At the end of the episode things get more serious as Alice announces to Captain Hunks she's resigning her commission in order to get married.


Saturday episode 10 of Akikanthis episode revolved around the three Akikans:Melon does some laundry then because it's hot decides to cool off and takes the Melon cans along with her so they can also cool off in the tub. Then it rains and she has to rush to get the clothes back inside when Kakeru returns(she's wearing just a towel! )
Misaki leaves Budoko by herself to go shopping.When Budoko wakes up she thinks Melon as snuck in and mussed up her air but later decides she looks like a Princess with it down and plays Snow White with her plush animals. Misaki comes back to find her asleep. Finally Yell decides to clean the apartment when Namjimi goes out.But she gets distracted by a dragon fly and at the end the place is even messier so she has to re-straighten things out again. Namjimi returns when she's making dinner.

Sunday episode 26(episode 2 of the OVA) of Tenjho Tenge The Natsume sisters finally work their differences out with a grand fight across campus. Mitsuoumi challenges Souchiro to a battle and the latter releases his full potential as a fighter. Later Maya tells Bob and Masataka that she thinks that Aya is starting to show her own potential but needs to work harder at it, while Aya and Souchiro walk and talk with Aya telling him that she'll try hard so that she'll be worthy of being his wife.


Next week starting Niea Under 7

Watched the dub of Black Lagoon on Monday. The episode I watched was the one that introduced Shenhua. And Rock gets himself kidnapped again..


Tuesday episode 18 of The Pet GirlSorata as a meeting with the rep from the gaming company and the rep asks him to get Shiina to do some more illustrations as he thinks her art will help to sell the game.

Jin decides to leave for Osaka without telling Misaki and they both seem to be a bit too easy with things working out like that. Aoyama eventually has to literally drag Miaski with her,while Jin is telling Shiina and Sorata about their childhood. Apparently Jin and Misaki have been close since at least nursery school.


Finally when Misaki does arrive Jin gives her a promise ring telling her that it will keep the boys off her.(I think it's a promise ring). But when the gang gets back they learn that the school board has decided to tear Sakrua Hall down in the Summer.


Welp some good news: Yuki Yuna Is A Hero arrived yesterday which is sooner than expected.When I checked the ETA on it was supposed to be Thursday night so it must've gotten a good head wind between Des Moines and Seattle.

Wed. episode 6 of Gasaraki Muhiro and Yushiro finally meet face to face and barely escape alive.The leader of Beligstan is overturned by a coup supported by Symbol. Capatain Atataki is awesome.

Th. episode 3 of Crest Lafiel and Jinto make it to the Gosroth. Jinto learns about Lafiel's identity as granddaughter of the Empress.Laxshue is introduced. Holia is not Lafiel's genetic mother, but later on Jinto gets a ton of mileage out of it by calling Lafiel,Diaho's "auntie" in Banner 1.
Alyhough y'know the way the Abh do things Holia could've been her mother (the image of young Lafiel thinking she's turning into a cat is hilarious! )

Friday episode 19 of Pumpkin Scissors great contrast between the nobles at their ball and the commoners being fed at the soup kitchen by Section 3. When a group of men decide to invade the party Oland comes across their plotting and is gun cocked for all his troubles.

Comment: Schultz makes a decidedly better impression here than in his debut episode as he is the only one who recognizes Alice's feelings for the army.


Saturday episode 11 of Akikan this was the most tense and dark episode to date and it's the penultimate episode to boot! It introduces Miku, who is unnamed in the episode, the mixed juice Akikan who battles both aluminum and steel then uses them to create clones that are her puppets.

Budoko, Yell and Melon all become her latest victims setting up Najimi, Kakeru and Misaki with probably Kisaki's help to go after her to save their friends in the final episode.The only thing left  after episode 12 is the OVA. Then on to rewatch of Giant Robo.


Sunday episode 1 of NieA under 7 Mayuko is worried about saving money to have enough for food and tuition for cram school. Scrimping every yen she makes from her part time job at the bath house she lives at doesn't necessarily help since she has a moocher of an alien named NieA living with her. And so the series begins..

On Monday I watched March of the Penguins. Interesting that they spend their first five years at sea and then come on land to mate where they were hatched. The credits showed how the film crew made the movie.


Tuesday saw episode 19 of The Pet Girl the majority of it was a flashback to when Sorata was first exiled to Sakura Hall and his meeting the then current members of the dorm. Of course Misaki won the weirdness senpai award.

Episode 7 of Gasaraki on Wednesday. Symbol is not sitting down and allowing the Gowa's to go back to Japan so they can analyze the portion of the Fake they were able to capture, instead they try everything they possibly can to prevent their departure.When delaying the flight departure doesn't work Symbol orders their operatives in Belgistan's neighbor to shoot the plane down. But using Yushiro's TA the Gowas are able to escape but not until two of the engines have been shot...


And it's Captain Ataka not Ataki...my bad.


Th. episode 4 of Crest When Captain Lexshue realizes the Gosroth will soon be under attack by superior forces she orders Lafiel to conduct Jinto the rest of the way to Sufgonoff in a shuttle. Of course our fave Abh princess objects but Leshue reminds her that she's still under her orders. As Lafiel and Jinto leave the Gosroth prepares for battle with the United Mankind.


Wonder what grandma Ramaj would've done if granddaughter Lafiel had disobeyed her mother's orders and Lexshue had survived to report the incident.

Friday episode 20 of Pumpkin Scissors, Section 1 is activated to prevent the people from learning the truth but Section 3 has already gotten copies of the documents that Section 1 wants to bury. When Martis, Oland and Olando arrive interrupting the ball they show the documents. The Finance minister denies their authenticity but Martis states that each packet contains an original with the minister's name.
The Marquis,who is the guest of honor arrives. After trying to make a mockery of the documents Alice challenges him to a duel Noble to Noble...


Saturday episode 12 series finale for Akikan (only the OVA left and then on to repeat of Giant Robo) Kakeru, Najimi and Kizaki chase down Miku(still unnamed).Kakeru tells the other two that he has a plan but his plan turns out to simply plead on his hands and knees. Miku decides since he wants Melon back to give him Zero Melon but when she refuses to kill at her command Kakeru recognizes that Melon is fighting Miku from the inside.

After Melon manages to emerge they fight Miku but Misaki arrives along with Otoya and while Miku is distracted Otoya grabs Yell's and Boduko's cans and throws them to Misaki and Najimi. Reunited with their owners the three Akikans have first to fight the rest of the Akikans that Miku beat; afterwards they unite to stop her.

It's then they all learn that her "Owner" is the cat that sleeps on the roof of Kakeru's and Melon's apartment building!

Also Kakeru manages to piss both Najimi and Melon off at the same time!


Sunday episode 2 of NieA under 7the bath house is in the red and something needs to be done.The suggestion is that they use the alien oil from the crater to advertise an exotic bath.It's better said than done as NieA really doesn't know where to find it nor do any of the children they meet in the alien settlement. The only one who does is an old man whop points them to a jungle area.When they get there Miyuko is nearly swallowed by a plant,then they find out that the "water" is actually made out of oil and also the plants are full of the same substance. They bring back the oil and every thing seems to go well except in the end they find themselves run over by the same plants!
Kotomi states that by the time the clean up is done they'll be broke...

Monday The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya part 6 Haurhi is bored because nothing exciting seems to be happening. The SOS Brigade go through an average meeting with Haruhi braiding Miruku's hair, Yuki reading and the boys playing Go. At night Kyon wakes up to the sound of Haruhi's voice. They find themselves in the school sport's field. When they get into the building they find they're alone. Haruhi spots one of the Light Giants and gets excited.

Kyon contacts Yuki and learns how to restore reality when she mentions Sleeping Beauty. As the Light Giants start to tear the existing reality down to build a new one he kisses Haruhi and reality warps back to normal as Kyon falls out of bed. The next day he thinks he was all a dream but there are reminders that it wasn't...


Tuesday episode 20 of The Pet Girl the gang begins to petition their follow students to help stop Sakura Hall from being torn down. Akasaka gets a message from Rita asking why he won't help.
When she learns about his background from his AI Maid she brings the point back to him until he agrees. It's revealed, from Akasaka's hacking, that the real reason the school authorities want to raze Sakura Hall to the ground has to do with Shiina. They feel it's some how detrimental to her work as a mangaka..

Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari ep5-7
Filo has joined the team of the shield hero!
Filo is a Chocobo-esque bird species that likes to run / tow carriages. She's also a queen so has high development potential. As she grew she became able to transform into a little girl with wings (and becomes a love rival? ).
The spear hero shows up to take over the village and impose extremely heavy tax and toll in order to finance rebuilding.
Despite people's protest they still held onto this ridiculous course until some ninja showed up with counter orders she they arbitrary challenge our shield hero to a race to settle the matter, hence, overriding the order. (major hint)
Filo's pitched against the spear hero's dragonute(?)and despite their cheatings wins. The village's major grants the team a merchant's seal.
After helping a merchant our shield hero receives teaching about crafting.
When a village was struck by famine the spear hero gives them a sealed seed that saves the village but also spawned plan monsters. So the shield hero has to clean up the mess for a price. This is going on a bit more in the next episode.
The story finally moves onto the main story. So far the show wasn't better or worse from expectations. But I still recommend the manga or novel if you like it. And yes they too drag on a bit on the introduction side but it gets better!

Dororo
A show based on a manga from like a decade ago(?). It's about a child born to a father who offered his body to the yokai in exhange for power, hence, when he was born he lacked all kinds of body parts and gets abandoned. He's saved by a man how helps the invalid by crafting them limps etc. Grown up he's after the yokais to recapture his body.
This is a similar to famous past ninja show/movies but with naruto-esque art. It's interesting but I feel this will go down the bad path.

Yakusoku no Neverland
Another based on a manga. This is about a future dystopian nether world where human children are raised in closed schools like orhanages. They are reared to become orgre food.
It's so-so but has production quality. Judging from the manga I don't think there's much to expect, really.


Egao no Daika

Wed. ep.8 of Gasaraki this was full of political intrigue as the Gowa Expedition returns and the military members are put into sudden quarantine for no given reason. One of Yushiro's older brothers meets with a politician who has a hidden agenda that the Gowas seem to be financing.

Symbol sends Muhiro to gather intel on Yushiro. Gaining excess to the Gowa estate she discovers the shocking truth that she reveals to Yushiro when he intercepts her leaving: he died eight years ago!...


Th. ep. 5 of Crest the Gosroth's final battle. In the shuttle on the way to Sufgonoff Lafiel reveals to Jinto that Lexshue is her mother and that she indeed is a "daughter of love". Febdash next.
