Monday I re-watched the sub of episode 15 of Wedding Peach,Yousuke is kidnapped by
Pluie to discover how he was able to throw up a barrier when Pluie and Aquelda attacked even though
Yousuke at this point is still supposedly human.
Peach and the other Love Angels go to rescue him, but Pluie's henchwoman for the day, Nocturne,manages to create the illusion that Peach has betrayed both Lily and Daisy and they turn
against her.
Fortunately Peach refuses to fight and their attacks fall back on them and in the process bring them
back to themselves.Then Peach defeats Nocturne and all three Love Angels continue in search of
Yousuke...

Aside from the usual OTT of the double transformation this was a pretty solid episode.
Nocturne was a pretty good adversary for a one shot; her use of illusions was pretty clever,making use of Lily and Daisy's greatest fears of betrayal.

I also watched the trailer for the original version of Kino's Journey, if I ever get it this will be the one I get and not the reboot...

Th. episode 8 of Arpeggio of Blue Steel Gunzou calls a truce with Kongou so the two of them can have a talk.When she and Maya arrive she's surprised by the fact that Hyugga has taken a human form since before she didn't have a metal model like the others.
While they talk the rest of the crew of the I-401 are preparing the ship for battle just in case.
Kongou is not in a diplomatic mood it turns out and is prepared to attack.
She even refuses to eat with the others.
Kongou spends time alone with Iona and tells her that she is the reason why the other ships have
defected,there is something about her and her relationship to Gunzou that has an effect on the
Fleet of Fog ships they come into contact with;she also reveals she suspects that Iona is the one who created the gazebo dimension that they meet in,but she did it without realizing it.
Kongou later reveals that because she was worried about infection from Iona she and Maya only set
decoys made of Nanomachines while the actual metal models remained on shipboard.
She attacks but Hyugga is able to hold it off for a while but then begins to falter but Takao and the
others come to her assistance...

I have to say my impression of Maya has improved since she was first introduced. Originally she seemed more like a brat but now she seems to be a bit childish, maybe because she's one of the
youngest battleships?
Kongou it seems is never going to be satisfied until she sinks Iona.

Steins Gate 0 ep.4
This is an important episode leading to the main arc. It's has a half dozen hints and implications and some backstories. It shows how well it was scripted and directed. But imho too cramped.
Okarin has a nightmare about the future: In WWIII he's the target of the government and enemies alike. The role of the AIs is unclear. He wakes up in panic and runs to check on his friends...who are fine still holding a Christmas meeting.
While discussing AI matters Leskinen says he would like to believe the AI has potential to develop love.
Daru notes something wrong with Suzuha's behavior and confronts her. She reveals she was traveling with a companion, Shiina Kagari, from whom she got separated 12 years ago. Okarin is shocked when he realize she's Mayuri's daughter. Suzuha has been secretly looking for her to no avail, hence, they decide to look for her. At home Kiryu Moeka shows up in front of Okarin causing another PTSD attack...
There are about 5-6 hints about possible future manipulations by other people and groups with as many entities. Despite the sheer number of possibilities I can say for certain they are all enemies. This is further complicated by the individual interest of the members of our protagonist's group: will Suzuka save Kagari? will Okrin restore the original timeline? will Mayuri save Okarin? will Kagari cause WWIII? will Chris' AI develop love? did Maho cause a timeline split? etc.

Wed. episode 4 of Please Twins the girls decide to get jobs to help out around the house.
Mina finds an ad for assistant at Mike's school so they go there,but find out that Mizuho will be the one
doing the interviewing; when she leaves to answer a phone call they hear Mike talking to his sempai.
To get out of trouble they escape through the window and Ichigo orders the school locked down.
They end up in the school sports storage shed where Marie finds them and Mizuho transports in.
She tells them about Mike and why he acts the way he does and also reminds them to wash the
gym clothes they stole before returning them.
When they get home Mike yells at them,but also tells them he got them jobs as clerks at a local
store but they also have to attend class...

Th. episode 17 of Nadesico Nergal is doing an audit of the crew because it found out that
there's money missing.Ubatake is implicated,Yurika discovers that he and Hikaru are busy working on
a diorama that includes life like models.
Ubatake has also been working on the latest Aestvalis,but he says it's a failure.
The admiral is concerned that he may be demoted because the crew discovered the truth of the
"Jovian Lizards" under his watch. He goes crazy and steals the X-Valis and the other pilots have to go after him,but he overloads the machine and causes it to blow up before they can stop him.
Ubatake reveals to Yurika that he has also made dolls of her and Ruri but she's pissed because
she claims they don't look natural enough.
It ends with Ruri holding up her doll...

Friday episode 4 of Aria, Akari meets a little girl who wants her to deliver a letter.The problem is the letter is addressed to someone living on one of the outlying islands.Fortunately Woody,the friendly
Sylph flyer is willing to take her as his latest package.But when they get to where the letter is addressed they discover it's sunk into the sea;also the addressee is dead and buried on the island.
It turns out it was from his wife and mailed centuries ago when Aqua was still being colonized.
When they get back Akari and Aria go looking for the canal and the little girl again but can't find
either.

Saturday episodes 11 & 12 of RWBY Season 2. The team manages to rescue Ruby but too late to stop Torchwick. They jump on the train and fight the White Fang to get to Torchwick and
stop the train; they're semi-successful but Torchwick is still able to release enough Grim into the
city to cause havoc.
In episode 12 Jaune and the rest of Team JNPR along some others arrive to help out in the fight against the Grim.Torchwick is captured finally but won't tell Ironwood who is behind everything.
The Council tell Oobleck that they're putting Ironwood in charge of security for the Tournament.

Sunday episode 1 of Kampfer (how do you do umlauts on the computer?)
Natsuru wakes up after what he thinks was a dream only to discover it wasn't----that he is
now a she.Worse the tiger that his friend Sakura gave him seems to be walking and talking.
He learns,after being transformed back into guy form, that he is now a Kampfer and all Kampfers
are female.
Later he walks to school with Sakura but they're attacked by another Kampfer (Psycho Akane).
He hides so Sakura wont see the change.
Later Akane tells him about Kampfers.
In the library they're attacked and transform; Akane going back to being Psycho Akane.
The trouble though is since the school is split between the boys and girls halves,Natsuru can't
go back to the boys side the way she currently is so Akane takes her to the girls side where she
says she has to go really bad...yeah I think they did that to get to the whole bathroom joke soomer than later.

Plus marks for the mentioning of Horie Yui!

Legend of the Galactic Heroes-The New Thesis Kaiko ep.6
This is an intro episode.
Yang recruits officers for his 13th fleet in order to take Iserlohn fortress.
Frederica is assigned as his assistant. Schenkopf  (sp?) joints the team among others.
First phase Schenkopf and co. deceive the fortress' fleet commander and have him launch the fleet...
Except for one all have a different character design. Unique, not as bad as before but different from the OVAs. About ok but still... No story here but it has subtleness.
Btw. since they salute all the time in this episode I couldn't help but notice it's the french salute. In the OVA it was normal.

The guy who made the previous detailed reviews has given up and left youtube for indefinite times... so there will be no more good reviews to watch.


No it's not salute it's [salue]. I would call this exercise french-cheese.

Fun if you like watching atrocious French!

Monday didn't watch any anime but instead a nature BD about Bears from Disney.
Could make a joke about da Bears here...but won't. It followed a mama bear and her two cubs
during the cubs first year.Afterwards during the credits they showed how some of the photography
was taken.
Ok...so the two bull bears that were part of the documentary should be drafted by Da Bears...
just sayin'...

Tuesday episode 9 of Apreggio of Blue Steel Gunzou and Iona use the 401 as a decoy in order for Takao to take the weapon and rest of the crew plus Haruna,Makie and Kirishima safely away.
Gunzou knowing that Kongou would be concentrating on him and Iona came up with the strategy so that she wouldn't know what they were up to.
Hyugga also provides back up.
At various times Kongou talks with Hyugga,Takao and Iona but won't listen to any of them as she
thinks they are all 'abnormal'.She even tells Iona that she hates her.
Because of her obsession the mission to break out is a success.

Comment: Kongou spends a lot of time telling the other ships that they're infected with human emotion when her own pursuit of Gunzou in order to kill him is a very human emotion, in fact in the last couple episodes she shows that she herself has been developing end evolving human emotions.
Granted most of them are negative such as the desire the kill Gunzou to the extent that she willingly
submerges herself; also the whole "I hate you" to Iona is rather emotional for someone who prides herself on being an unemotional logical weapon!

Wed. episode 5 of Please Twins the girls start school and work but hear a rumor at school that
Mike may be gay. So Mina comes up with a couple of rather wacky plans to make sure he likes girls.
It ends in disaster though when Karin accidentally falls and winds up kissing Mike in front of Mizuho.
This leads to him being temporarily suspended from school...

Th. episode 18 of Nadesico basically the back story of Ruri as we find out she is actually
the Princess of Peaceland ( a rift on [b]Gundam Wing's[b] Relena Peacecraft?).She and Akito learn
that her parents couldn't have children the normal way and so selected in vitro but the lab in which the cells were housed was blown up and only a case full were saved; including the one that became
Ruri.
They also learn she was among the children that were genetically enhanced but that the orphanage she grew up in is now a ruin.
OTOH Ruri learns that the dream she keeps having of splashing water is because her bedroom was
near a riverbank where the salmon swam...
Also we learn where and how she got her favorite word: "Baka!"

Friday episode 5 of Aria, Akari,Aika and Alice all are invited to an island called "Neverland"
for some training and fun in the water; Akira must've been a drill sergeant in one of her former lives as she really sets a tough pace for the girls.
Later as they relax at night Akari tells Alicia that what she has loved about the time in Neverland is that she was never able to swim in the ocean back home on Manhome...

Saturday episode 1 of Actually I Am Ashari is crushing on Youko the cutest girl in his class;
unforutnately Ashari's nickname is 'leaky basket' because he can't keep a secret,but when he
discovers that Youko is actually a vampire when he goes to confess to her...
What I really enjoyed was the various ways that they showed how transparent Ashari was,also
the way that Youko turns out to be a vampire but a rather ditzy one at that!
Note: she states to him that she uses polite Japanese in public because when she uses her
native Kansai it has a way of showing off her fangs!
Youko would be my favorite right now but then it's only the first episode...

Sunday episode 2 of Kampfer Akane and Natsuru learn that the enemy is the student council
president.But when Natusru has mercy on her in battle things get complicated.Being called back to her office for the second time they're told that the rest of the school shouldn't be allowed to learn about the kampfers and therefore Natsuru will need to be transferred to the girls section;which means he now has to spend half his days as a boy and half as a girl.
Also Natsuru in his girl mode does a dance that makes the dreaded Anko Dance from
Girls Und Panzer look not so weird as he tries to discourage Sakura from crushing on him when
he's in his female form.

And now that it's official that Akane is played by Horie Yui all those Horie Yui wannabe references are even funnier!

btw:maybe they ought to have done a crossover with Ranma 1/2 where male Ranma dates
female Natsuru and male Natsuru dates female Ranma!

For my Raw Monday I re-watched the 'Anna's Not So Amazing Family' episode from Season 1 of
Kaleido Star it gives Anna's background and how her father left the family when she was a little
girl to pursue his dreams of becoming a big time comedian.Despite leaving him and holding a grudge,
Anna still wants to follow in his footsteps and become a comic.That's why she joined the Kaleido Stage
in the first place.
Sora and Mina are able to track down Anna's father at a nightclub but he bombs badly.
Later with the help of Mr. Policeman,Sora is able to catch him and have a long talk about Anna.
Later the Mina and Sora and Mr. Policeman return to the club but this time instead of watching
Anna decides to participate as she remembers now how much she misses the fun and laughter with her father.She gets on stage in a maid costume and gets in the act with her father.This time around with Anna's help it is a suggest.

Tuesday episode 10 of Arpeggio of Blue Steel. Iona and Gunzou after escaping Kongou find themselves under attack. It's revealed to be the "Twins" Iona's sister submarines. This pisses
Kongou off because she says it was unauthorized and she wants to be the one to sink the 1-401.
The 1-401 sinks and Gunzou is near death from hypothermia and his wounds. Iona wants to
sacrifice herself but Gunzou orders her to abandon ship,which she won't do.
On Takao the others are worried.
Takao decides to go looking for them;when she does she realizes in a moment of clarity that
Iona will always be Gunzou's ship and never her. In a moment of sacrifice she takes her own
nanomachines and gives them to Iona to resurrect her and save Gunzou.
Hyugga reminds her now that they no longer have access to Iwoto that it means the total loss
of her Metal Model.Takao is peacefully resigned if it means being useful to Gunzou.
Meanwhile the "Twins" reveal to Kongou that she is under arrest for abnormal behavior against the
Admiralty Code and they are now in charge.
They also reveal that her beloved Maya has been nothing more than a puppet of theirs in order to
monitor her behavior.
Kongou is shocked...
comment:with the loss of Takao and Kongou in custody and I wonder what new surprises will come before the end.

Legend of the Galactic Heroes-The New Thesis Kaiko ep.7
This episode is about the Rosen Ritters and difference between the UFP and the Empire. And of course about how Yang's people capture Iserlohn. We get a real good look at Iserlohn's design. It's somewhat different and has more visible structures than the original. It doesn't look like it could hold as large a fleet as in the original imho.
We also get to see Schoenkopf's past before we were just told about it.
The thing this show is better at than the OVA is the subtle action or expression of the characters especially Yang. In fact it's only related to him.

Steins Gate 0 ep.5-6
Daru invited Kiryu Moeka over in order to seek her help in finding Kagari Shiina. And she actually digs up some information. Note Shiina's hair in the photo. Judy Reyes appears! as a colleague of Hiyayo Maho.
Urushibara Ruka brings in "Kana" in order to seek help finding her origins.

Okarin is shocked as Kana is obviously Chris (Makise Kurisu). (If you've watched ep.4 you would have noticed her hair...) Suzuha appears and identifies her as Kagari. Yep, they all seemingly are one and the same person.
Mayuri tries to befriend Kana and discovered they have the same family name...
Maho sees Kana and is shocked. Okarin brushes off her suspicions. Note Judy Reyes' suspect look at Kana. Maho connects Chris's AI avartar setting off the new events...
Now I'm just waiting for them to drop the bomb that the alpha-line is in fact not the original time-line.

I conclude that originally Daru invented the time machine and send Suzuha & Kagari to test it. Kagari gets lost in the past and forgot everything. But somehow is fascinated by time travel and creates the theory on it. Hence, in Okarin's alpha line she gets murdered by SCern's lackey Kiryu. As a result in the future Daru's chased for his invention and WWIII starts. He sends Suzuha & Kagari to the past to change it. Kagari gets lost, (attacked?) and lost her memory and ends up with Rukako. Meanwhile another Chris helped in the creation of the AI Amadeus. Okarin would leave a message from the future to himself. Eventually this leads to Okarin's death. Hence, in the future Mayuri sends her adopted daughter Kagari along to save her and Okarin. Kagari gets lost and she somehow got interested in AIs and helps invent Amadeus. Amadeus would start WWIII. It invents its own time machine (the microwave) and sends it back in time. Sern is created to fight it and tracks it down to Okarin's home. Chris gets killed. Okarin gets his message and saves Christ.  Oops did I just spilled it all Which leaves Judy...who pursuits Chris?

What was it that Chief O'Brien once said on the subject of time travel in DS9?

Wed. watched episode 6 of Please Twins Karin and Mina make the "Love Alliance Pact"
to insure which ever one is Mike's real twin sister will wind up supporting the other in her pursuit
of becoming Mike's girlfriend.(This is of course broken by Karin later when it's revealed that she's
the twin.)

Th.episode 19 of Nadesico Nergal Industry holds a talent contest on board the Nadesico
to see who the next captain will be because they're dissatisfied with Yukari.In the middle of the
contest the Jovians launch a practice strike using manned missiles; in the end Ruri is the winner
but steps down and Yukari retains her captainship by winning a game of Rock,Paper,Scissors!

But that wasn't all because the real~ truth of the original timeline still needs to be published (or exist in the minds of its creator). Chris and Okarin married and had a daughter: Kagari . But they died in an accident so Mayuri adopted her changing her name to Shiina Kagari. Kagari goes back in time, gets lost, loses her memory, and receives her new name Chris (Makise Kurisu)....
Therefore, Chris is her own mother! and that's the answer to the hen and egg question.

Mind blown!

I watched episode 6 of Aria on Friday,introduces Athena who has a beautiful singing voice but is a total ditz.Alice finds a kitten but has to hide it because of an Orange Planet rule about no pets.
Later it disappears and Athena helps to find it.
She tells Alice and Akari that she told TPTB at Orange Planet that the kitten had blue eyes so it's
safe as it is now the new company President.

Saturday saw episode 2 of Actually I Am Just when Asahi is getting used to Youko being a Vampire they both discover that the Class President is actually a five inch something tall alien and
the girl they thought was the President is actually the robot she rides around in to not be
conspicuous.
And now Asahi has two promises to keep!
Also the Newspaper Club President bugged the buns they were eating!

Sunday episode 3 of Kaempfer Natsuru discovers that teenage girls are even more pervy than
teenage guys.What's more the Student Body President starts a rumor that she's dating himself!
Also she still has not learned to control her transformations and Akane tells her the next
time it happens to go to the library,which she does and transforms into her normal male self.
However both Akane and Sakura are now pissed at him thinking he's double faced and dishonest
with his relationship with his female self!
(And Akane ought to have known better!)....

Yeah Akane just because of Horie Yui!

Just got new glasses so getting used to them.

Monday re-watched episode 13 of FMP:TSR this time around I was more relaxed than the first time I watched it raw.Though I did keep wishing Kaname would give Sousuke the "Sit!" command!
Yeah Yukino Satsuki and playing both Kaname and Kagome.

Tuesday episode 11 of Arpeggio of Blue Steel The "Twins" go after the 1-401.
Everyone is surprised when Takao reappears and she reminds them that while her Metal Model was
destroyed her Core wasn't and so she's integrated into Iona's computer frame work.
Iona tries to talk her "sisters" from attacking but they won't so she is forced to destroy them
even though it makes her sad that they won't be any more.
Meanwhile Kongou has broken free of her restraints and forcefully merges with Maya and
continues her pursuit of the 1-401.
Finally they're almost to Hawaii when they run into the American Fog Fleet(Pacific)...
Next week the finale.

Wed. episode 7 of Please Twins the trio go on vacation to Okinawa thanks to a contest that
Mike won.Unfortunately they're not alone as the Student Council decided to take time off at the
same resort.They also run into Mizuho who tells them that she and Kei are having their second
honeymoon there because it's where they had their first( as per Please Teacher).
Later at a BBQ Karin and Mike take a walk on the pier; Mina shows up and starts to accuse
Karin of breaking rule #1 of their Love Alliance,but trips and has to be carried by Mike back to the
room.
(Fortunately she didn't break anything.)

Th. episode 20 of Nadesico As the rearguard in the battle over the Indian Ocean the crew of the Nadesico is finding things a bit boring,that is until they are attacked from the rear.Yurika orders
the ship to be taken back into space and they're followed by their attacker.
No-one can figure out what's happening,only that the enemy has managed to launch bombs that
can get inside the ship.
Yurika doesn't have any ideas of what to do until Akito mentions he wanted to go fishing and she
uses that to come up with a strategy to combat the attacks.
Turning off all non-essential power the Nadesico awaits the next attack and when it happens the
Aevastelis attack the source;the enemy realize they've been bested and retreat.
Best Line: "I'm not a dashing man. I'm a cute little girl!" Yurika on being insulted by the misogynistic
sounding message from the enemy captain at the end of the battle saluting her tactics.

Friday episode 7 of Aria a newlywed couple joins the girls for the regular lesson with Akira.
The wife thinks she's a bit too strict but the husband says that it's only because she cares for them.

Saturday episode 3 of Actually I Am Mikan,the Newspaper Club President and Asiha's childhood friend tries to get the scoop on Asiha and Youko;Aizawa tries to help them by running interference
before she can discover Youko's secret.
Also at the end it's revealed that Mikan's glasses are actually a disguised Fortune God!

Sunday episode 4 of Kaempfer Natsuru isn't too pleased to learn his female alter ego has been
entered into the shcool's beauty contest.Later the school student body president and akane take her clothes shopping for lingerie and kaoroke and Sakura joins them;unforutnately Natsuru nearly
transforms back into her guy self in front of her.

For my Raw Monday I re-watched akame Ga Kill episode 9,but because of the BD player I
watched the dub instead.The main reason for watching this episode is because it introduces the
Jaegers but especially Wave.It's hard to root against the Jaegers when they have someone like
Wave on their side;also despite wanting to hate her for killing Scheele the way she did,I can't
help but kind of like Seryuu as well.I think Dr.Stylsh has to be the only member of the Jaegers without
a redeeming quality.
Also Bois is rather sweet overall,I think he actually lets Chelsea kill him later on because he was trying to find
atonement for the bad things he did in the past;though you have to feel sorry for his wife and daughter.Too bad they're fighting for such a corrupt government.But overall not too different from
Night Raid if you think about it.
Wave is probably the only main character on either side who doesn't come into it with innocent blood on his hands.
And finally Esdeath and her epic crush on Tatsumi!

Tuesday the finale of Arpeggio of Blue Steel Kongou surprises everyone by destroying the American Fog Fleet.But she hasn't switched sides as she is still obsessed with sinking the I-402( yeah it's official it's an I and not an 1...sorry I can't read.... )
The Former Fog Members all try to convince her to stop the attack but she responds by blocking the
communications channel for good.
Iona gets the idea to try to reach her physically but everyone else is against the idea;Gunzou
relents and allows her to try.
Kongou reacts by attacking Iona and they struggle.
At first it looks like Kongou has the overhand but Iona manages to get past her defenses with
the others backing her up.
Finally she gets to Kongou's core and learns that Kongou is not only afraid of change but lonely.
She reaches out to her and hugging her tells her she wants to be her friend.
Afterward Kongou says while she hasn't decided to join the group she's willing to have tea with
Iona any time and they go their separate ways.
The ED shows the I-402 reaching San Diego safe and sound.

This was a really good show.I think if it had been dubbed and been around in the '00s it could have been aired on Techtv/G4's Anime Unleashed as it is the type of show that would've done well on that block.I don't see it as either a Toonami or Adult Swim type of show,which overall tend to be
more Shonen Action types like FMA or Attack on Titan.
Also Chris Patton as Gunzou would work since Gunzou is similar to characters like Kira from
Gundam Seed and Ayato from RahXephon but without all the angst.

Wed. episode 8 of Please Twins Ichigo gets Mike to join the Student Council Ball Tournament
Planning Committee and since Tsubaki is the only other member of the Committee Karin and Mina are
worried.Unfortunately they aren't allowed to interfere and so use Marie as a spy. It works up until
the time Tsubaki brings in Marie's weakness:Pochy!
Well going for the Pochy Marie accidentally causes Mike to touch Tsubaki's breasts and she gets
mad at him.
Later it's revealed that Mike's friend was going out with her during the Summer but made an
advance on her which she didn't like.He joins the Committee and the same thing happens.

Th. episode 21 of Nadesico This was interesting as it was not in lineal order as events
flashed back and force;also part of the episode took place in another dimension where the
characters' personalities were playing a game of "Memory Mahjong" .The gist of the story though
was the Nadescio trying to stop the enemy's latest attack on the lunar colony.Because Akito
can artificially jump he was given the task to try to destroy the enemy's Boson Cannon.
He is successful but only after encountering the ghost of Gai.
The enemy Commander decides to open up peace negotiation using his 17 year old sister as
the intitial go between...

Friday episode 8 of Aria it was divided into 2 skits featuring President Aria. In the first one it's Spring Cleaning Day at Aria Company and Aria is just in the way of the girls has they try to clean.
So he decides to run off.Unfortunately he finds out that running away is no fun,so winds up on the
roof pouting.That is until Akari finds him in time for dinner.
The second one featured Aria pretending to be a superhero,but everyone he meets knows it's him.
So he gets discouraged until a girl loses her doll and he goes all out...or as much as he can...to

Saturday episode 4 of Actually I AmAsiha has to up Aizawa as Outer Aizawa has run down and needs a recharge so she's left stranded in her Lilliputian self.Everything seems to go well,and
Youko helps,until Aizawa is caught by Mikan.Youko and Asiha pretend she's an action figure and it seems to work.Mikan tells them that she knows all about the odd goings on at the school;even
revealing that she knows about "the after school vampire".They're relieved when she isn't aware
the so called vampire is standing in front of her(Youko).
Unfortunately Shimada shows up and wants to do perverted things with the "Action Figure".
Asiha grabs her and they chase after her.
They wind up hiding in the gym equipment room(why is this the place everyone hides in anime and
manga?)Then the mystery horned girl turns Aizawa to normal size...

Sunday episode 5 of Kampfer It's the day of the festival and beauty contest.The girls in
female Natsuru and Akane's class decide to dress them in cosplay outfits(Haruhi style! )
Finally they have to go and get ready for the contest.Sakura comes in and is pissed because she
didn't get to see female Natusru in cosplay.But Akane(who declares she will defend Natsuru)reminds her she's in a different class.
The contest begins with a skit where Natsuru plays a Prince and Sakura a Princess.
Then Akane comes in in her alter ego and starts threatening Sakura. Natsuru's custom is all
torn up revealing the Prince is a girl!
Then Shizuku(the student council president)steps in to the preceedings...
When Natsuru comes to he's back in his normal male form again and asks if Shizuku dressed him.
She plays coy with him.
At the end we see Natsuru's friend pissed because she didn't get to meet him after her return to
Japan( not knowing of course of certain changes in his life) she finds one of the bowel dolls that
was being tossed around and hears a voice...

(Wonder if all those bowel dolls being tossed around were the whoever was behind the kaempfers
attempt to reveal new ones)

Monday re-watched episodes 7 & 8 raw of Di Gi Charat Nyo! the first one revolved around a
day in life of Usada from getting up in the morning to going back to bed.It includes her daydreaming of
winning a beauty contest in class. Later she "Transforms" into Rabbit-En-Rose to distribute pamphlets
for her parents' business.Of course she also meets up with Daijiko and Pucchiko...
In the second episode the gang at the toy shop have to go to the local bath house because someone's
experiment got out of hand...

Tuesday episode 1 of Beautiful Bones Shotaro and Sakurako go to the beach.She tells him
if he makes a good find she'll treat him to Sweet Shrimp. They uncover a skull and he calls the police;however she points out that the victim has been dead for over 100 years.Still the police officer has to make a report and takes them with him.
On the way he tells them about a newly discovered suicide.
She makes them take them to see the site.
When her identity is revealed the police officer asks the lead detective on the case to allow her
to take a look because of her uncle's reputation as a forensic expert.
When she does she concludes it was a murder.
Later at the police station she reveals how she knew.
Shotaro is disappointed in not getting any Sweet Shrimp but when he dines with Sakurako
he discovers she phoned ahead and asked her aunt to get her some..

episode 9 of Please Twins on Wednesday.Because of the rain the ball tournament is called off.
Later on in the week Mike and the girls take an outing in town.Because it takes Karin a bit longer decide on clothes Mina gets some alone time with him and is about to kiss when she imagines a rather pissed off Karin lecturing her.
Mike goes off to look for Karin and when they're alone Karin starts to imagine the same thing,except with a pissed off Mina.
One thing leads to another and the trio get separated from each other;but when they do find each
other the girls trip and much to the bemusement and embarrassement of onlookers their panties
are showing!
Later on their way to school the run into an old friend of Mina's named Yuka...

episode 22 of Nadesico on Thursday.This was basically two parts.In the first part Yukina,who is the younger sister of the Jovian Commander arrives.Her purpose is to sue for peace,but her interior motive is to get back at Minato for taking her beloved older brother's affections away from her.Fortunately for everyone Yukina is pretty incompetent in her attempts(one of which she nearly
dies from a combination drowning and heat exhaustion.
The second part the Nadesico crew are told to surrender to Yurika's father but she tells Ruri to
fire a few volleys between the ships but it doesn't work as it is revealed that the newest
Aevastelis pilot is also the chairman of Nergal.
It's revealed that his family was behind the deaths of Akito's parents because Akito's father wanted to use the newly discovered Boson Jumps for commercial civilian use but the Chairman's father wanted to weaponize it.
Battle breaks out and Akito tries to escape with Yurina...

Full Metal Panic - Invisible Victor ep.8
Shidori fell into enemy hand and Sagara wanders the undeveloped world for survival and seeking ways to fight Amalgam. He makes a living with a mecha fighting team in the arena. They get promptly lured int Amalgam's trap...
Yep, this show without doubt is not your ordinary anime anymore. It's evolved and has matured. This particular episode is bloodier.

Legend of the Galactic Heroes-The New Thesis Kaiko ep8
A character episode. Jessica has left for politics while Yang was away and occupied with Iserlohn. It also shows the politicians' infighting about democracy, power, the interest of the nation/people or their own.
And so the invasion plan of the Empire is approved in order to gain higher approval ratings.
Nothing new other than more footage for Jessica and a hint at best to how her fate could have been averted had Yang been there for her.

Grancrest Senki
Seems on one hand for matured audience on the other hand catered in execution to the younger audience. In the end this mixture definitely failed the show. Just feels wrong no matter how I look at it. Well, didn't watch everything and I doubt it would have been any different.

Darling in the FranXX ep18-20
As hinted for a while there's more to it. We finally get to see the past history and  definite view of an (alien) ancient civilisation. Obviously the immortal members coerced mankind into accepting them via technology etc. and finally took over control. And now they are battling their own kind (queen) for power...

Aria episode 9 Friday: Alice, Akari and Aika go on a visit to see Alicia's former mentor. Aika
expects a lot of hard training but instead the old lady just wants to let them have a good time and take a break from all their training(Aika's been around Akira too long! ).

Saturday episode 5 of Actually I Am : Asahi and Aizawa try to help Youko overcome her
problems with sunburns.Later on Youko reveals that the reason she decided to go to this particuliar
high school is because it's her parents alma mater and that she is really half human.In the end it's
revealed that her father is a member of the Yakuza...

Sunday episode 6 of Kampfer the new kampfer turns out to be Natsuru's childhood friend
Mikoto.Worse she's an enemy kampfer(to Akane and Natusru who both know her).
But when she finds out that he's also a kampfer she freaks out and thinks he's gone
perverted(the fact that he was still wearing the maid outfit from earlier in the episode didn't help
with things).Shizuku says she wants to investigate something,while female Natusuru winds up
on a sleepover with Sakura...

Monday re-watched the second episode of GITS:ARISE because I had already seen it raw I watched the dub this time. The twist where VV is really a rogue AI that has some how become
sentient made for an interesting end twist.

I was going to watch the live action movie but it hasn't been available at the library since the first time I saw it there,so went with the ova instead because I had only seen it once.

Tuesday saw episode 2 of Beautiful Bones. Shotaro meets a little girl at a local convenience
store that leads him and Sokurako to their latest murder investigation. While Sokurako is trying
to revive the girl's baby brother the murderer (a drug addict)returns and the normally stoic
Sokurako screams in terror to Shotaro,even though he manages to handle the intruder without
difficulty.
Later he's astonished when she actually calls him by his name instead of the usual "Boy".

Note:Apparently when she was younger Sokurako knew a boy named Sotaro (brother?)
that something bad happened to.Perhaps the similarity between the names is why she has
always referred to Shotaro as boy instead of his first name, even though their relationship is close enough for her to use it instead of his family name.

ep.10 of Please Twins on Wednesday.Mina decides she wants to run again and tells Karin and
Mike about her past.
The dialogue in the dub made it sound like they had already discovered that Karin was the twin,so
I was confused if I had missed something in ep.9,but I hadn't. Karin doesn't discover the right house
until the ending of this episode. She notices that the angle was off and the house the all had presumed was the correct one wasn't.

Nadeciso ep. 23 on Th.: because the crew had helped Yukina to evade capture they're
all outlawed and hiding out. Akito returns to his old job,Megumi resumes her voice acting career,
Ryoko,Hikaru and Izumo are camping out,etc.
Only Ruri is left hiding on the Nadesico.
She manages to override the computer's new programming and communicate with the rest of the crew. Everyone manages to rendezvous and they take out the intercept codes so they can
go to space without being shot down...

Megumi notes that the term "Jovans" in the magic girl anime she plays the villainess in is way to
close to "Jovians".
Cool moment when Goat takes the master key without being noticed. Also exactly whose side are
Erina and Inez on now?
