Comment: Throughout the episode only the female characters faces are shown, except the epilog where
Pedro's is shown.

Th. ep. 6 of Little Busters EX: Sasame's long lost cat turns out to be the Master of the World that Riki and Sasame find themselves in.

Friday the dub of ep. 3 of Monster Musume: Chaos ensues when Agent Smith tells Kurusu and the demi-girls about the new ruling allowing Demi-humans and Humans to marry.

Saturday the sub of ep. 4 of Dears: Ren vs. Miu as the latter is not happy to find that the former has unwittingly taken her place as the Official Dears Transfer Student.

Sunday the sub of ep. 9 of Bodacious Space Pirates: The quest of the Golden Ghost Ship begins.

Comment: The Yacht Club President is my favorite member of the club whose name isn't either Chiaki or Marika....

(Interesting that her last name happens to be Dolittle...I wonder if she was named for the American
Army Air Corps' General Dolittle from WW2?)

Monday re-watched ep. 4 of Umi Monogatari: The Turtle Elder sends Kanon on a treasure hunt in order to cleanse her of her darkness,and Marin decides to join her but they get more than they bargained for.

Comnment: I also watched the first episode of Marin's 'What Is It?' minisodes,this one was about
aprons.

Tuesday S 2 ep. 61 of Cat's Eye: An accident proned new traffic policewoman falls for Toshi after he saves her from being run over by bank robbers.

Wed. the dub of ep. 9 of Excel Saga: Excel vs. a gang of evil bowlers, also the return of The Excel
Girls.

Th. the dub of ep. 7 of Little Busters EX: Kanata's hiding a secret that makes her even crankier than usual.

Friday the dub of ep. 4 of Monster Musume: Su the Slime is introduced as she crashes the housemates' lives out of curiousity.

Comment: Two of my favorite scenes are 1) when Papi and Su are sliding on the floor and the other three are so deep in conversation that they don't even notice until Miia turns around; 2) at the end when
Miia is trying to warn the others that Smith is in the house and Kusuru has just opened the door....
Classic sitcom bit that!!!!

Saturday ep. 5 of Dears: Takyega wants to know more about Ren and the Dears from Miu.
Comment: It then takes a rather dark turn at the end when Miu is warned that The Instructor wants Ren back in order to "re-condition" her.

Sunday ep. 10 of Bodacious Space Pirates: The search for the legendary Golden Ghost Ship gets dangerous when the crew find they're being pursued by ships from Serenity.

No anime on Monday, instead I re-watched S 1 ep 10 of The Pretender: In Pittsburgh Jarod pretends to be a fireman in order to investigate the tragic death of a female fire fighter.

Comment: This was one of the best shows to come out of the '90s-00s.

Tuesday S 2 ep 62 of Cat's Eye: Hitomi is forced to hide a jewel the sisters heisted in a football at Ai's school, unfortunately the only way they can get it back is by getting into the game between the Inunari police and the local American Football Club!

Comment: Apparently Ai either is a fan of American football or has friends that are since she knows a lot of the terminology and how to play it.

Wed. ep. 14 of Excel Saga: Roppomtsu Mk.I and Mk.II are introduced.

Th. ep. 8, the finale of Little Busters, EX: The Little Busters come to Kanada's rescue when she is forced into an arranged marriage.

Comment: The illustration at the end shows all of the Little Busters, including the final three new members: Saya, Sasame and Kanada, sitting with their backs turned looking at the river.

Fri. ep. 5 of Monster Musume: Mero the Mermaid enters the household.

Sat. ep. 6 of Dears: Natsuki, Takeya's younger sister arrives; Mui decides to take Ren under hear wings to teach her how to be a "proper Dears".

Sun. ep. 11 of Bodacious Space Pirates: The search for the Golden Ghost Ship ends.

Monday ep. 10 of Candidate For Goddess aka Pilot Candidate: Despite Hiead going berserk during the simulation battle the rest of the testing goes on as planned; but when his Repairer decides to even the changes of him being able to defeat Zero by sabotaging his Ingrim, things turn bad when the third round of simulations is called off and the Candidates are ordered out to battle for real...

Tuesday S 2 ep. 63 of Cat's Eye: Toshi, Asatani and the Chief are all demoted and the new Chief is a man who has trained in America with the FBI, which poses new problems for the sisters.

Wed. ep. 15 of Excel Saga: Roppomatsu Mk. II takes central stage as she battles a new ACROSS robot that Excel and Hyatt have disguised as a giant robotic panda.

Th. ep. 1 subbed of Big O: Roger negotiates the release of an industrialist's kidnapped daughter only to find out that she's an android.

Comment: Great R. Dorothy line: " You're a louse!" to Roger after he has her act as a decoy.

Friday ep. 6 of Monster Musume: Miia molts, Papi lays an (literal) egg and Rachena is introduced at the end.

Great Papi Line: "Stop comparing me to a chicken!!"

Saturday ep. 7 of Dears: Ren and Takeya are put in an awkward spot when Natsuki wants to know their true relationship.

Sunday ep. 12 of Bodacious Space Pirates: The treasure of the Golden Ghost Ship is revealed:
the artificial womb from which the Royal Family of Serenity is born.

Comment: According to Misa they were able to free the last royal baby from the womb before it expired; one second later and the child would have frozen to death.

Monday watched the sub of ep. 10 of Nadesico: Akito has more girl trouble as he meets a young heiress who dreams of being a tragic heroine and needs rescuing from Yukari, Megumi and Ryoko!

Tuesday S 2 ep. 64 of Cat's Eye: When Toshi asks Hitomi to babysit the sisters are forced to take the toddler with them on their next heist.

I also placed my next order at Crunchyroll, since none of the ones on my list were available I went with the final option. I wound up ordering: Interviews With Monster Girls should be a good edition to my collection and an interesting contrast to Monster Musume.

Monday S 1 ep 10 of Ah! My Goddess: Belldandy is the prize in a race between the Motor Club and the Four Wheel Club.

Tuesday S 2 ep 65 of Cat's Eye: A wealthy retired couple leads the sisters and the police on a merry romp.

Wed. ep. 17 of Excel Saga: Basically an half hour ad for the Puni Puni Poemy OVA.

Since this is the last episode I have, next Wed. I have Slayers Gorgeous on tap followed by what I have of Haruhi starting the week after.

Th. ep. 3 of Big O: Introducing the enigmatic Angel as she hires Roger to look into the mystery behind Electric City.

Friday ep. 8 of Monster Musume: Kurusu comes down with a cold and Suu is the only one who get nurse him without getting the virus herself.

Comment: This is the first time that Suu speaks in her own voice.

Saturday ep. 9 of Dears: A spat between Takeya and Neneko forces each of them separately and together to remember their childhood friendship.

Sunday ep. 14 of Bodacious Space Pirates: When the crew of the Bentannmaru come down with an alien virus it's up to the girls in the Yacht Club to take over!

Comment: Gruier and her sister join Marika, Chiaki and Mami in the end credits.

Monday S 1 ep 10 of K'ON!: Another Summer vacation and another (none) training camp for the band.

Comment: Azusa is amazed that Yui has perfect pitch.

Tuesday S 2 ep 66 of Cat's Eye: A masquerade ball on an airship for the elite hosted by an American billionaire serves as the setting for the sisters' next heist.

Comment: Again the sisters' "victims" are more criminal then Cat's Eye as the host is actually an arms manufacturer who is using the ball to bribe a prominent Japanese politician with one of the
sisters' father's most famous paintings. (It's interesting that very few of their targets end up being
innocent.)

Wed. the sub of Slayers Gorgeous: Lina...Naga...Dragons...'Nuff said!

Th. S 1 ep 4 sub of Big O: Roger's next negotiation leads him to discover what lies underneath
Paradigm City.

Comment: For the first and only time R. Dorothy actually expierences real fear.

Fri. ep. 9 of Monster Musume: Agent Smith has Kurusu and the girls go on a series of dates in order to trap the mysterious "D" who wrote the threatening letter to Kurusu.

Comment: For some reason Tio of the Monster Squad keeps giving me "Mihoshi Vibes"!

Sat. ep. 10 of Dears: Miu "wins" a free trip to a new bathhouse and takes Takeya, Ren and
Neneko along with her.

Comment: It was rigged so that she'd get the top prize.

Sun. of ep.15 of Bodacious Space Pirates: The Bentannmaru's new crew blasts off with a little unseen help from the original crew still in lockdown.

Monday S2 pt 2 ep 1 of Yuki Yuna Is A Hero: After the events of S1 the Hero Club, with added new member Nogi, gets back to business, but someone important is missing...Whatever happened to
Mimori?

Comment: I checked and it's only been a year since I last watched Yuki Yuna, couldn't believe it was so recent...then again it's worth the re-watch.

Tuesday S2 ep 67 of Cat's Eye: When part of the prize for winning Miss Leotard is a medalion created by their father the Kisugi sisters sign up to compete and the winner is.....Asatani?!

Comment: Once she takes off her glasses and gets into the leotards Asatani really does show she's just as beautiful as the Kisugi sisters but also totally klutzy since she can't see without them.
(The girl really needs contacts and a better fashion sense.)

Wed. re-watched ep.00 dubbed of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya

I also watched The Adventures of the ASOS Brigade: episode 00: so the actress they got to play Haruhi also played the Pink Ranger in one installment of Power Rangers.

Th. the sub of ep. 5 of Big O: A "ghost" from the pass seeks revenge on the men who betrayed him.

Fri. the dub of ep. 10 of Monster Musume: Kii the Dryad and Lilith the Devil Girl are introduced.

Comment: Never Ever Ever Ever get on Rachnera's bad side!!!!

Sat. ep. 11 of Dears: Miu leads a study group consisting of Takeya, Rin, Neneko and Takeya's friend Oihko; Takeya meets Nia.

Sun. ep. 16 of Bodacious Space Pirates: The Yacht Club's first job as Space Pirates.

Monday the raw of ep. 7 of Vividred Operation: The other girls decide to have a study session at Akane's to help her from failing her classes; Rei joins the session when she discovers the connection that Akane's grandfather has to the Engine.

Tuesday S 2 ep. 68 of Cat's Eye: To retrieve another of their father's paintings, Hitomi befriends the ex-con who stole it.

Comment: There's a bit of a riff off of the Blues Brothers going on with the character design of the ex-con's partners...Except these guys are really STUPID!

Also ironically Hitomi, who herself and her sisters are THIEVES, tells the ex-con at the end: " Don't do any bad things any more!"

Wed. ep. 1 of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya: Kyon meets Haruhi and the origin of the SOS
Brigade; also watched ep. 001 of The Adventures of the ASOS Brigade in which they take over an office in Bandai's American HQ....

Th. S 1 ep. 6 of Big O: Dorothy gets piano lessons from an old friend of Roger's that turn into the key to saving the friend when he gets into trouble.
