Netneutrality simply means your freedom on the net shall not be hampered by e.g. censorship.
Allowing companies to throttle bandwidth (despite the advertised package that you paid for) for example is censorship because for example it makes communication by video-call impossible or watching news etc. Companies like to use the excuse of throttling to handle peak times but hey you paid for it and if they expand the user base they must expand their underlying tech support, right? Sure, there are cases like natural disaster that could bring the system down due to damage or otherwise but that isn't the normal day-to-day case. From now on I bet in order the get what you want you will be forced to buy more than just a plan-A package.
People have voted and deserve their choice. Seriously, we got it coming. We are humoring the world.
Well, Kickstarter has their applications/procedures but in this case imho the copyrights have to be taken care off first.
Yep, it appears there's early snow this year, hence, maybe a bit colder than current average.
The latest Firefox 57 is killing itself for me. It's supposed to be faster by using multi-cores and less memory footprint. But it's only for the visible top thread while the distributed core thread also use lots of memory. In fact much more than before overall. Also Firefox seems to have some deal with google as it not only defaults to google but it also secretly supports google's secret ID hidden on your computer (since a few years back).
Now that a certain research papers site is being blocked around the world unlike paid toview hosting sites (researcher rarely get paid or sell it) the only way to access it is acting like a fugitive on the net.
Anyway, the results of listening to the extraterrestrial asteroid (to make sure it's not a ship) confirm it's not artificial. (Done by russians SETI equivalent project.) Well, even if it were a ship the likelihood of people dying along the way is also possible. At least from what we see it's solid "rock" on the outside.
From the looks of it it seems bitcoin is becoming more and more popular due to its worth rising so dramatically. I suppose governmental spying certainly one incentive. On the other hand banks and governments can't wait to snatch it all in the name of justice and cache in.

Anyways, if I'm not mistaken it looks like the M551 sheridan is a popular ace tank in World of Tanks game. It got lots of kills videos more than others it seems. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kt08Juy9fA0 etc. Well, it's mostly against WWII tanks so its superiority isn't so surprising. But still a scout tank.
