Even thou not doing eventhing, I have been looking at fabric that would best fit this cosplay. I know for fact using cheap fabric for mock-up would be fine, but not really cosplay. Also their other things need be look at like weather, deal with the weather is you don't know if going be hot or cold. One cosplayer had to take off her lafeil's cosplay, because the day she wore it was way to hot.

Its true, I have a 'Fai D. Flowrite' cosplay from Tsubasa but I can only wear it durring mid winter. There are some fairly light materials that can be used. It might be smart to make the jumpsuit part out of somthing light and make the jacket out of somthing heavier. That way the uniform can be worn durring both hot and cold time frames.
