Re-watched Tessa's Day OVA from FMP:TSR on Monday.A lot more relaxed than the last time I tried watching it raw. Cool
The scene where she's eating that soup is priceless with her reaction. Laughing
And Yukana gives her such a nice squeaky sounding voice throughout. The animation was great as well, especially in the scene at the beginning where she dreams of the entire bridge crew turning into
Sousuke!

Tuesday saw Inuyasha:The Final Act episode 10.And it looks like Kanna like her 'younger sister'
Kagura is only getting two episodes.Too bad.If anything Kanna has been one of the best villians throughout the entire franchise. So it will be sad to see her go next week. Crying or Very sad

Well it turned out that the slip that was supposed to inform of the arrival of my package either went
missing or fell between the cracks or someone took it out of the p.o. box.But anyway I finally got it! Very Happy
The $10 blind box turned out to be Kaleido Star:New Wings. At first I didn't know what to do but then decided wth,I can watch both the ADV and the Funimation versions by rotating week by week and
that way I can enjoy both! Cool Cool

Friday finished Cutie Honey.Episode 25 featured the final conflict with Sister Jill but the ending hinted that Panther Claw wasn't done yet.One sequence had Honey facing a series psychedelic attacks.
The end after defeating Sister Jill Honey finds Seiji possessed and holding the cyrstal ball the latter used
to contact her minions and Panther Claw.Panther Claw leaves Honey a message and then the ball drops.

Saturday episode 18 'Cinderella of Sakura Wars.Sakura becomes stressed after learning she's going to be the lead in the troupe's Cinderella. One scene has Sumire and Maria finding her
binge snacking. Finally Sumire takes it in hand to give her some tough love....[u]right before the opening curtain on the first night[u] by effectively challenging Sakura to a duel. That snaps her out of her funk! Laughing

Sunday episode 6 'Vacation' on War on Geminar. So it looks to be like an ordinary vacation filled with normal hijinks(or what bases as such for this group)except 1)the hostess and
2) the enemy decides to attack.
That scene where Kenshi protects Aura was interesting.especially where he's on the ceiling. And then he takes time out to talk to her whilst fending off more attackers.Actually Chiaia and Yukine made a
pretty good team.

Bubble Gum Crisis 2033 ep5 "Moonlight Rambler" *BGS*♪♫♪♪♫
It's been a while so I watched one of my favorites again.
Here some bioroids escape the clutches of their human masters and try to live life as humans. However, the price is losing their humanity (thanks to their Master's design). The implication, the evil, the sexiness of this episode is just good. Imho its the only one where the sabers are not the center of things nor do they shine.

Welp...got Magic knight Rayearth and Murder Princess today. Very Happy Very Happy
After the hassle with last time it was good to see it come in without any problems. So this month
order is going to be Spice And Wolf.I have everything planned up to April.

Monday:Gundam Seed:Destiny episode 29,'Fates' your basic clip episode but fun to see.

Tuesday:Inuyasha:The Final Act episode 11,'Kanna's Gravestone. So was that part when
the splinter seems to hit Kagome in the eye by accident all planned by Kanna in order that she would be able to remember Kanna's message and avoid Naraku's detection at the same time?

That watching order might be bad because VP (TV) is just better than MP. Although, MP isn't that bad comparatively you may experience a bit of a contrast.

Sailor Moon Crystal ep.5
It's raining and usagi is about to be hit by a car...Finally we see Jupiter! She's the same as ever (no model-up improvement)

Notice, SM is obviously so popular on nico that it got its own place on the front page and a dedicated collective page.

Well right now I am enjoying Vampire Princess Miyu on Fridays.

The ending of episode 1 has Himenko seeing Miyu in her schoolgirl persona with some friends at the
zoo.It got me to wonder if that scene and episode 2 gave them the idea for the tv series being set in a school.

Just expanding on what they showed at the end of OVA episode 1 and all of OVA episode 2.
scratch

Saturday episode 19 of Sakura Wars. Sumire seemed to have problems with keeping up
with the others and that didn't help her temper any.

Sunday episode 7 of War On Geminar.Whatever Chiaia told Kenshi really got him motivated
in that race. And I noticed that everyone arrived just when Aura was about to confess to Kenshi!
poor girl!

And so on to Madoka next week.

Himegoto
Hmm, despite my thoughts of having seen this title (name) numerous times in the past it's actually a new one. *srcatch* It's about a boy whose parent leave him with all their debts (sound familiar?). He's saved by the student council who henceforth force him to attend school as a girl.

Sounds like a mesh up of a couple of titles.

Monday:episode 10 'Chii Plays' on Chobits,I always love the ending when Chii finds the
porn dvds that Hideki was trying to hide under the bed! Laughing
The episode was basically a parody of .hack franchise with the gang playing a MMORPG.

Tuesday episode 12 of Inuyasha:the Final Act.This was a good Sango episode. It showed how
much the hiariokotsu is not only a weapon but also an ally and partner to her as Kirara is.
That and some great moments of the Sake Sage getting lecherous and then getting Inuyasha
hilariously drunk by dunking him in a couple of tubs of sake! Laughing Laughing

Aldnoah Zero
A new mecha show. It seems to combine all kind of elements: high school + mecha + aristocratic world (code geass)...
Well, seems average so far.

Wed.:Kaleido Star episode 11 'Anna's Not So Amazing Father', this episode gave a bit of background to Anna and why she is so into being a Comic.I think part of the reason is it showed how
her father ruined his own career by trying to be what his agent wanted him to be like instead of being
who he really was.It wasn't until Sora reminds him of how he used to make Anna laugh that he realizes
he needs to be more himself. When he does the audience really enjoys his act.

Th.:Pumpkin Scissors episode 20 'Enter The Performers' ,this follows right after the last episode with the ball still in full swing.Oland tries to escape his attackers and warn the others but when they get their they're too late as the peasants have attacked. Some great Alice moments of her
showing off her martial arts training. Very Happy

Not quite sure what to make out of it.
It's the boy runs private investigation agency show yet it combines humans with a certain gift (ability = 'Minor Miracles' or 'The Minimum'). Most similar to your typical magic highschool kind of show combined with investigations of the paranormal or crime.

Mahouka ep.24
While the internal "conflict" with the ruling master clans goes on Japan is invaded by the perpetrators who have been masterminding things in the background. So Tatsuya is officially mobilizedm since he's a magic icbm. Miyuki "releases him", whatever that means, before he leaves for battle.

Ryuugajou Nanana no Maizoukin
It's about a boy who due to personal reasons is renting a room on an artificial island.
The rent is 5000 yen/month but he has to pay for a year in advance! The manager, imagine Misato from NGE, tells him his room comes with extras. Upon entering his room he finds a girl, but she tells him there's no person living here. Laughing
Adventures ahead!

Laughing Laughing
Misato as a landlady would boggle the mind never mind anyone like her!

Friday: episode 2 of Vampire Princess Miyu I always find this one to be pretty creepy.
This is the one where Himiko is hired by a private school to find out why students are vanishing.
She again encounters Miyu who is after another Shinma. This one though is tougher than she looks and
outsmarts Miyu. There's also the popular boy who falls for the Shinma because he can't get over the loss of his father.

Saturday: episode 20 'The Darkness Draws Nearer' of Sakura Wars.Sakura naively
falls for a handsome 'fan' not knowing that he is really the enemy in disguise. He gives her a
bell charm telling her if she wears it it'll bring her good luck.Unfortunately it's cursed and possesses
her to the point she vandalizes her own koubou and nearly kills Sumire.
Iris fortunately teleports the two of them before Ayaname can shoot Sakura. Finally when Iris teleports
the bell into the sky and Maria shoots it to pieces Sakura is restored to normal and then the enemy
strikes.

Sunday:episode 1 of Puella Magi Madoka Magica My one regret here is having done too much
reading up and research beforehand. It kinda made me less than impartial especially toward Sayaki.
If I didn't already know what happens to her in episode 8,I think I would have been more impartial.
As it was she made #5 on my list of favorites with Madoka at #4.Right now I put Homura provisionally at #1 and Mamori at #2.I actually was surprised at how cool the latter was!As from her
character design I expected a total ditz!
As far as the story goes, so far it was pretty good.Though I am wondering if that was really a dream Madoka had at the beginning or if it really happened and Homura simply used her time travel ability
on her so that she would think it was a dream when she woke up.

Oops...Mami not Mamori...I don't know where Mamori came from.

Mon.:Kashimashi:Girl Meets Girl episode 7...yeah...the beach episode. This is the one where
Hasuna's best friend realizes he's got the hots for his old buddy. Laughing
It's also the one where we learn that Yasuna can't cook curry. And it's amazing how far up Tomari's
pigtails can go when she's in shock! Laughing

Wed.:Kaleido Star episode 12 'An Amazingly Hot New Production' Sora is surprised when
she's picked to team up with Layla for the latest production. This episode re-emphasis Sora's work ethic
as it shows scenes of her trying hard to adjust first to the moving tightrope(she's helped when Mr. Policeman and the others find an amusement park that allows her to use a Pirate Ride to practice on).
Then she needs to hone her part of the routine. It also shows the difference in expierence between her and Layla, who has no problems adjusting.
Next episode should be rather interesting as it has Layla staying over with Sora so that they can better
work together as a team.(We've come a long way from when Layla wouldn't even look at Sora.)

Th.:Pumpkin Scissors episode 21 'The Puppet And The Idol'. The situation at the ball
gets tenser.Cool scene:Alice's sisters using a tablecloth in order to give her privacy to unsheath her
sword.Alice continues to be cool. Cool
Though even she's surprised by the action that Oland takes to protect her against the bodyguards.
I can see more and more how similiar Alice is to Amanda from Blassreiter, other than from
having the same seiyuu.

Ah...could it be our beloved ditzy Minako as Sailor V? Laughing Laughing It's interesting that in PGSM
while Usagi retains her usual ditziness,Minako is actually pretty serious which is a departure for her.I mean she's as serious as Rei!

Fri.: episode 3 of Vampire Princess Miyu. This one has the story of a haunted coat of armor. And it's not Al fromFMA either, though I wonder if the mangaka for FMA may have got the idea
from this episode.Pretty tragic too once you realize it was a young widow who couldn't stand to loose
her husband so she ended up bonding with the Shinma that haunted the armor. The inevitable end
had the police or military shoot the armor.
Also some of the background of Larva and Miyu is revealed as their first meeting is shown.

Sat.:episode 21 of Sakura Wars this was more of a Yoneda episode as he goes out to confront
the enemy alone. For an old guy he's still pretty much a badass. Cool Cool The saddest part was the end
when Ayaname has to shoot her former lover. You can tell she still has feelings for him because of the way she was crying as she shot him. Then the shock when he survived.
Also Orihime and Reni make their first brief appearances in a training film at the beginning.

Sun.:episode 2 of Puella Magi Madoka Magica Mami explains to Sayaka and Madoka all about
Soul Gems and Grief Stones. So basically when a Witch is defeated the Magic Girl who defeats her
uses the Witch's former Grief Stone to store built up negative energy in her Soul Gem?That's what
I got from the part where Mami transfers her dark energy into the Grief Stone. And what was that
where she threw the Grief Stone away and Homura threw it back about?
Anyway I  think what with the Witches connection to the Magic Girls it's no wonder their amulets are
called Grief Stones.

Spice And Wolf should be going out tommorrow if all things go well. Cool

Mon.:Big O
Act 13 'RD' The one with the "Red" Dorothy.Pretty Hitchcokian the way
they keep the viewer and Roger guessing as to what is happening. The Big Reveal(tm) about the
Tomatoes and also one of the best twist endings as it's revealed the real R.Dorothy was with Norman
all the time.I love it when the cockpit to Big O opens up and we see Dorothy at the controls. Very Happy

Tuesday:Inuyasha:The Final Act episode 14.While Sesshomaru's away visiting Totasai Naraku
makes an unexpected appearance. He tries to get the jewel shard he implanted in Kohaku by force but
Kikyo put a spell on him that repels Naraku's attempts. Then he resorts to trying to hypnotizing Kohaku to cut it out himself but is interfered by Sango and the others.

Space Brothers ep.99!!
It's imho boring yet it has come a long way and still going. I'm more impressed at its tenacity than anything else the show offers.
To sum it up it's about two brothers, one going to space the other staying behind.
The show virtually tours you through the long process of becoming an astronaut including social and personal troubles.

Terra Formars ep.1
Humans set out roaches and mold on Mars to terraform it. 500 years later humans arrive to discover huge and strong roaches who aren't pleased with the humans. Mankind gets infected by an alien virus and becomes endangered.
The show pretends to be a scifi show but it looks more like a fighting & horror show. Sad
As an infected mutant our hero is recruited for an expedition to Mars to acquire a "live" alien virus since it's impossible to get them on Earth. All hopes are on them to save mankind.
Notice the inconsistency? No "live" virus, and yet mankind gets infected.
Pft.
Anyway, it kind of reminds me of another 60's scifi story in which the crew of a relativistic spaceship out of curiosity observe the development on an alien planet.
They set up a recorder and go back and forth. When they came back they get attacked by huge locust-like creatures. These creatures are telepathic and were displeased by memories of people torturing insects during their childhood. Laughing
They were about to take "revenge" when they discovered that one of the crew actually saved one of their ancestors during the first landing. Well, it was kind of a nice story.
