LoGH-Die Neue These
Season 3 like the new Star Trek shows I don't feel that inclined to watch. I don't like the naming discrepancy toward the Japanese but then again it wouldn't click on people if translated. So keeping the S1 name makes it easier for people to recognized, although, it makes it harder to follow because you don't know where it's at or whether it's old or new episode.
Urusei_Yatsura
It got newly re-imaged. Larger screen size, more detailed drawing, better sfx, same art, same everything else.
I dunno. I've always considered it a bit of a niche comedy that's very japanese heavy/weirdness.
In no way I think it can contest Ranma 1/2 in rewatch value. It's not universal for us foreigners. So I think it will flop outside Japan.
Seiken Densetsu - Legend of Mana - The Teardrop Crystal
Yep, it's recognizable as LoM. Classic design but without the dreamy lighting so the sharpness ... well, it doesn't feel right. Story wise, pretty much generic these days. Characters are ok for all ages. Not sure if it's worth it.
Utawarerumono-Futari no Hakuoro
continuation of this revived new story. I see no real improvement even though the story seems to have expanded beyond characters, moe, and fandom service now.
It looks to me like 80+% these days are Isekai or fantasy while the rest are either moe/chibi/borderline H or weirdness. I'm missing scifi and even mecha shows.
