Finally got the Comcast guy to come in and connect us,right now a lot faster than the old computer!!!!

How's the forum display compared to the other PC?

The speed now is pretty much in the Awesomness range!!!!
And no more problems like with the old one.Mainly because of the fact that we are no longer connected via the phone line,which was probably a lot of the problem.

You are supposed to clean them up after every session. This prevents spying and may be more secure. Just set in Firefox either when you close firefox or when they expire.

Ok,so now why do I see MSNBC every time I get on the internet,whilst before it went straight to Google?

Something took over the default search engine or homepage.
May have been when you installed something else, or another person at the station.

Have you tried to set the opening page to blank in the options? (startup under main tab)

Nah, that's fine. Nowaday the computers and software are so complex it's easy to forget stuff if you haven't worked for a while them. In other words use google.

That's what I try to do.I like this version of Google since it marks out the sites that are safe.
