Xmarks Add-on

Finally broke down and decided I was tired of synching everything manually... went and tried
Mozilla's Weave and Xmarks (foxmarks)...

So far fairly happy with Xmarks. Didn't opt for any of the dangerous stuff like password
synch... but having your bookmarks synched on all machines is a blessing. Hopefully
it works well with andriod.

Nice! Finally a tool for bookmarks...when i don't need it. I don't know how many times I had to do thinks manually... The only recent feature sometime ago was import and let the eg firefox instal take care of it.

Well you can use FEBE to backup EVERYTHING about your FF install and then make a
self executable pack that'll transfer to another pc.

That's great when you need to setup a new computer, but doesn't handle regular updates
between two systems. Xmarks does and works on a few OS's.

Weave just gives you nothing in the way of controls... which is sad. You upload to some server, and that's it...
