Wed. episode 9 of KOR Kurumi wastes her energy fooling around the room trying to make it look better and thus depletes her power supply. Later in the day when the Kasuga siblings go to look at wallpaper, Kyosouke spies Yuusaku acting weird in front of another store. He goes sees what he's doing and finds Madoka and Hikaru shopping; just when they've reeled him into helping Manami comes running to tell them that Kurumi walked off with a strange man.
With the help of some of Madoka's friends they meet at the nearby arcade they start searching.
Meanwhile Kurumi and her "date" are having lunch,later he takes her to the park. Kyosouke and Madoka end up in a lover's park which embarrasses her no end. Finally they see Jingoro wandering around by himself.
Manami and Komatsu are in a row boat in the park's pond and they see a man flying through the air. When Komatsu drags him out it turns out that Kurumi's mystery man is his older brother!
Later that night Kyosouke gets a call from Madoka that she has heard from Hikaru that Yuusaku is in the hospital...

Thursday episode 18 of Little Busters after falling on her hands and knees Hakura finally gets a surprised Kanata to tell the truth: in all actuality Kanata still loves her sister. But when the family decided to choose the heir she was coerced to act like she hated her or else she would be treated the same way. She also confessed that she faked being allergic to eggs because she didn't want to hurt Hakura's feelings by making a better omelet.
Kud also tells everyone what she has seen when nobody else has been around. How Kanata cuts her arms which is why she wears long sleeves.
Later on the gang (except for Mio who Riki can't get) go see Chao again. This time he is willing to tell the real story about what happened. Then he takes everyone to where the twins parents are but before that prepares to tell the truth of who her father is to Hakura but she says she doesn't need to know now...

Friday episode 11 of Inukami the big tournament to pit the strongest spirit-users is about to begin and Keita finds himself nominated as the representative of the Kawahira family because Kaoru is away doing stuff. While he sleeps a demon that feasts on spirit energy possesses him. In the morning he is totally listless and Yoko has trouble getting him to wake up.
Some how they manage to get him ready and he basically lucks out throughout the main part of the tournament reaching the finals. Though Tayune, Tomohane and Igusa all blame themselves for his lack of action.
Between the final bout and the Championship bout the twins come in and feed Keita a berry they grew; not only does it pep him up but it causes the demon to come out. Yoko and the other girls let him have it and before he retreats he returns the rest of Keita's spiritual energy to him; but it does him no good has he looses any way!

Saturday episode 8 of Haibane Renmei Rakka is still depressed over the lost of Kuu even though it has been over a month since her day of flight. When the others talk about dividing Kuu's possessions she takes the bed and the clay frogs, but is still listless. Going with Reki to take the kids shopping in town, even the clerk at the second hand shop can see she's overly glum and tries to cheer her up, but when a couple walks in and the woman starts annoying her Rakka runs off. She goes to the hill with the windmills and decides nobody wants her so she's better off dead. Then she notices the crows. They lead her into the Western Woods where she finds a well at the heart and going down into it discovers the body of a dead bird. Giving it burial she tells it she knows it's someone she loved in the past but can't remember who they were. Trying to climb out the rings disintegrate and she's stuck at the bottom.
When Reki comes back to Old Home everyone wants to know where Rakka is and they set out to find her.

Sunday episode 2 of GingitsuneThis is introduces Funiboyshi a girl in Makoto and Ikegami's class who is from a wealthy family. She seems to be very strict and a bit of a loner but in reality that's because her mother expects so much from her and she can't take the pressure. When Makoto wonders into the girl's room she finds her facing off against some of the mean girls at school. They threaten both of them until Ikegami comes in and are cowed by her. She says they aren't really her friends, just people she talks to every now and then.
Ikegami was going to spend the night at the shrine because she got in a fight with her parents and Makoto asks Funiboyshi to come too. When they pass Funiboyshi's driver she tells him to tell her mother she won't be home for the night and admits to the other two she's always wanted to say that!
When they get to the shrine Gintaro tells Makoto that the three of them will be together for a very long time.

Monday episode 7 of Nanoha after the fight between Fate and Nanoha breaks both their staffs, Arf retreats with an injured Fate. Arf tends to her and protests when Fate is determined to report back to her mother with the Jewel Seeds they have gotten. Just as Arf feared Fate's mother is not pleased and punishes her daughter with a lashing ( this is before it's revealed that Fate is actually a clone).
At school Nanoha's friends are still upset with her and she goes home alone. The next day she watches Miyuki practice and thinks over the events of the past.
That night a new Jewel Seed emerges and the next day both Fate and Nanoha go after it but remembering the last battle Nanoha suggests they fight first and the winner gets the Jewel Seed and Fate agrees but they're interrupted by the Time Management Bureau.

Tuesday episode 23 of Black Lagoon Fujiko is facing a difficult decision with Hotel Moscow nearly wiping out her Yakuza Family. She goes to the head of the opposing Family and tells him she has gone to the Council but he gets angry at her. Then when she realizes Hotel Moscow has been using certain types of vehicles she hatches a plan where she and Genji will frame them for a crime that they never committed. When Balalaika learns about it she says that Fujiko has finally come up with a counter measure.
Later in a parking garage she tells Revy and Rock about her next move but Rock pisses her off (not a smart move as she flings him on the hood of her car and points her gun at him). It takes some fast talking from Rock to get Balalaika to stop from actually killing him. When Balalaika and the Sergeant Major leave Revy complains to Rock of his stupidity.
Elsewhere Fujiko is starting to sound more and more like Balalaika as she asks Genji for a more powerful weapon and chooses a Russian made Stecchin.

Comment: Wonder if the choice of weapon as anything to do with Fujiko modeling herself after Balalaika?

Wed. episode 10 of KOR after Kyosuke tells his sisters about a dream he had where Hikaru says she's dying, Kurumi tells it to her during PE class. Hikaru decides to have some fun with it and pretends to be sick. Kyosuke thinks she really is dying but Madoka refuses to go with him so he gets Yuusaku to tag along. They find Hikaru in bed but she perks up when she sees Kyosuke and tells them she feels better. Unknown to them she's taken some medicine that makes her sleepy.
She insists on going out and they wind up in an arcade. Later she and Kyosuke go to the park where she begins to fall asleep. Madoka and Yuusaku pout water on the two of them and both of them really do end up with colds!

Th. episode 19 of Little Busters Kud is being made fun of because of her trouble in English class so she decides to take the advanced placement test and so the rest of the Little Busters decide to have her out by taking the test along with her and tutoring her in their best subjects. When Mio is trying to help in Physics and Math Hakaru interrupts but some how Mio manages to plug along. Even Kanata's encouraging.
In the library it's found out that Kud's grandfather worked for the old Soviet Space Agency and so she knows a lot about physics and other advanced sciences since it's part of her interest.
Unfortunately while everyone else (including Hakaru) pass, Kud fails and has to take the remedial class.Hakaru (who really did pass) decides to cheer her up by pretending to have failed and the others follow her lead so when she enters the remedial class the rest of the Little Busters are already there.

Comment: Seriously who puts Worcestershire Sauce on eggs?

Kanata no Astra/Astra lost in space ep.9
After recombining their crashed ships our crew is able to continue their trek home. This episodes is purely dedicated to the members'. They finally discovered that they are clones, the reason for the plot to kill them. When they are about 2000 Ly out and able to use their telescope to see their home Polina is overcome by joy. But soon realizes it's not Earth!
(Seriously, having slept in a cryo-pod for some time. Re-awaken and not realizing that a few things have changed... not to mention the obvious like 200 years realistic technological difference in their space suits. Story wise it's typically cut down by 1/4 which actually is true with this one, too. You gotta be really blind not to notice.)
Next episode the obvious revelation of more secrets about humanity's past!

Friday episode 12 of Inukami Keita and Yoko are summoned to help a young heiress who is threatened by a family curse. It turns out to be that when the heir or heiress turns 20 a shimigami comes to take them away. The said shimigami turns out to be an over the top ditz who gets the date all wrong and comes on the wrong night!

Saturday episode 9 of Haibane Renmei Rakka is saved from the well by two Toga but wonders too near the Wall and ends up touching it when the Communicator finds her. He walks her back and stops to help her rest. There he tells her about being sin-bound. Leaving her to find the others and a little puzzled by what he said. When they find she was near the Wall Reki panics and gets her back to Old Home where she finds that Rakka's wings have healed. "I'm alone again." she sadly muses.

Sunday episode 3 of Gingitsune Makoto finds a turtle in the road but Gintaro tells her she can't tell the difference between an ordinary turtle and a herald since her father can't see it. Turns out that it's old shrine was torn down to help make a new road. They wind up taking it to the shrine where the Lion-Dogs are. On the way they meet Yumi and her boyfriend who tag along. The Lion-Dogs are happy to share the shrine with the turtle and he accepts their hospitality.

Comment: It's Funabashi...some how I thought there was a 'y' in her name but there isn't. So one of the rules is that a True Successor can only see the herald only after the previous one has died which explains why Makoto didn't see Gintaro before her mother died.

Monday watched the Voyager episode The Omega Directive instead of anime. Favorite all time line: "When in the Collective..adapt." Chakotay to Kim after the latter complains of Seven's handling of the crew assigned to her to make the resonance chamber.

Tuesday episode 24 the finale of Black Lagoon Last time for some reason I called Yukio Fujiko. Must've had Lupin the Third on my mind for some reason. Balalaika must have good connections as either that car either had authentic diplomatic plates or she knew someone who was a good forger. Rock tries to talk Yukio out of committing suicide with Genji's sword after Revy kills him, but she won't listen to the horror of both Rock and Revy who tries to get him to look at her instead of Yukio to spare him the horror.

Also saw the interview with the cast and crew. The script writer said he had to do a lot of research to get the feel of the series right. Also Brad Swaile who played Rock said he spent some time in Japan when he was twelve.

Yeah, Omega is one of those forever famed trekkie episodes. And one of those causing infinite new canon troubles.

Wed. episode 11 of KOR Kyosuke has a dream where Madoka is getting married so he nearly kills himself trying to prevent it.
Comment: So he doesn't realize that weddings have rehearsals? Also Madoka's sister must be rather lazy in order to ask her younger sister to sub for her as the bride during rehearsal.

Th. episode 20 of Little Busters the latest message has Riki and Rin helping a classmate get over his lovesickness. The problem is he's in love with Rin's bitter rival Sasami!
Comment: That whole plan of Rin's to attack Kengo fails due to the fact that she forgot to factor in his athletic ability.

I'm guessing "Thorfinn The Black" is an inspiration for most of the character's background/story except he's of no noble ancestry or so. Still the son of a hero and super warrior.

I'm remotely following anime shows these days for reasons.

I even bothered to take a look at the workout anime.
Dumbbell Nan Kilo Moteru
It's a guide on how to workout anime and partially a comedy. I like their OP/ED because it's sounds amusing with all the "muscle" in it. It does have plenty of service in a better way rather than the annoying way.

Mix - Meisei Story ep.21-22
Wow already this far. Anyhow, there are fan services in this episode and our author skillfully has the cast comment on all of them by coincident.
The story is typical classic which is nice and like them but I think it's no longer to today people's taste. So far the story revolves around the brothers getting some attention from the media due to their success. One being the particular favorite while the other more the ignored one. And their sister being the center of the other crew member's interest. Of course this includes their romance interest, too. So some are courting and plotting to get into a relationships with those two girls while the brothers are indecisively involved.
As to the background story, it's complicated. Afaik, their mother remarried so the sons have inherited their baseball ace father's abilities. I'm not sure about their sister...

Friday episode 13 of Inukami Keita and Yoko trick the Shinigami into a boxing match, but when they win the Sindo family loses all their money plus the dirigible crashes into their apartment destroying it. Also Kaoru makes his appearance for the first time.
Great Line: " I would hate to be your enemy Keita." Kaoru as he and his pack watch Yoko in her fox form save Keita from the crashing dirigible.

Saturday episode 10 of Haibane Renmei Reki remembers Koramuri and her early days of being a Haibane. Later Rakka is told to appear before the Renmei Speaker and is given her job: cleaning the temple's pillars. The Haibane from Old Factory arrive with food to apologize for the accident with Rakka's soup.

Sunday episode 4 of Gingitsune Satoru and Haru come to the shrine, but Satoru has a chip on his shoulders and Haru is a bit of a jerk toward Makoto and Gintaro then runs off because Satoru doesn't want him around.

Monday re-watched episode 8 of Kampfer the date episode. I have to agree with Shizuku here that Natsuru is a bit of a moron because he kept thinking the thing was a training exercise and expecting the White Kampfers to attack them. One would thing that a guy who was also a part time girl would be able to understand girls a bit better than a full time guy would.
Mikoto punches him really good at the end because he went out with her partner, also Akane pretty much shoots his place up after transforming into Psycho-Akane and demanding he tell her what type of girl he prefers outside of Kaede.
Comment: The charm Natsuru gives Shizuku comes back to have a big impact on the finale so not really a filler episode.

Tuesday episode 1 of Umi Monogatari after finding a ring floating from the "Sky World" Marin decides to go and return it to the person who lost it but Urin doesn't want to but goes along because she doesn't want to be without her big sister. They find Kanon who threw it into the ocean after her boyfriend broke up with her earlier in the day. She tosses it into the woods and the girls go looking for it again. But in the process Urin awakens an ancient evil.
comment: the storm when Urin does her Pandora imitation is really well done. Also if I had any of changing things I would still have watched it the first time around raw.

Episode 12 of KOR on Wednesday, Madoka 's parents accept an offer to play with the Chicago Symphony and Madoka might go to America with them. This upsets everyone but especially Hikaru, while Kyosuke is just plain shocked at the news. Everyone decides to make Madoka's final days in Japan special by giving her a special lunch on the roof every day until she leaves. But when she disappears the gang searches for her; Kyosuke finally realizes she's back on the steps where they first meet. Later after her parents go, Madoka says she was just kidding about going with them...but was she?

Episode 21 of Little Busters on Thursday. Kud's mother, who is an cosmonaut, is scheduled to be part of the first crew to go into space from Kud's home country of Tebua. Before the lift off Riki finds her by herself at night enacting a ceremony from her home country,she asks him to help her, which he does. Later the next day he finds her outside again and not watching the liftoff with the others. She tells him she doesn't want to jinx her mom, but bad news about the attempt comes across the news..

Friday episode 14 of Inukami, the bad luck from the end of last episode continues to follow Keita and Yoko as they wind up camping under the bridge. Not only are they without their apartment but all of their money is also gone and Yoko's attempts to find work end in disaster.
Meanwhile a kappa decides to make their acquaintance. Later on Hake arrives and after a visit to the local park tells Yoko her father is getting loose from the enchantment that bonds her. She then volunteers to help out. But her father is pissed when he learns she's in love with Keita( also the other Inukami aren't happy she's helping). At the end when she returns she tells Keita her feelings.

Saturday episode 11 of Haibane Renmei Rakka takes one of the boy Small Feathers to Old Factory for a stay. There she meets Midori who still holds a grudge against Reki. After work the Communicator tells her that Reki's time as an Haibane is coming to a close and either she will have her Day of Flight or like other sinbound Haibane loose her wings and halo and go to a place where sin bound spend out their lives in isolation from both human and haibane. Rakka vows she'll help Reki get her Day of Flight.
Later Nemu gets a cold and Rakka volunteers to inform the library. Reki takes care of Nemu and then goes away to finish painting.

Sunday episode 5 of Gingitsune Basically it is all about the back story of Haru and how Haru became a Herald. At the end it's reviewed that Haru is female and she gets angry at Makoto for wanting to use the -kun honorary. The episode also details a bit of Satoru's family history as Haru's story is included. Satoru and Haru reconcile as well.

Monday re-watched the sub of MahoRomanticepisode 3. Basically in her obsession to get bigger boobs Mahoro orders the latest bust building fad: a vacuum cleaner with two suction cups at the end of it. Then things get out of end as she can't shut off the power(why doesn't she simply unplug it) and it attaches itself to everyone in the room including Suguru! But it doesn't work for her. The B part is that
Management has sent a new robot to re-capture Minawa and Mahoro has been given a new weapon to fight it..but she's relunctant to use it as it is a missile bra..(and by now we should all know this is a dream because...seriously?)Embarrassed Mahoro is forced to use the weapon to save Miniwa and wakes up in her bed realizing it had all been but a dream...but her dream of getting bigger boobs has not died.
265 days left before Mahoro runs done finally.

Tuesday episode 2 of Umi Monogatari Matsumoto re-awakens and warns Marin and Urin about Sedna. Kanon is pissed and goes full evil aura. She leaves them and meets her mother cheerfully jogging. Then a mystery girl comes from the sea and starts attacking Kanon. MAtsumoto says she is a vessel of Sedna and orders Marin to transform and use her Priestess powers. She tells Urin to stay back as she has no powers and tries to protect everyone. Kanon is still pissed and the creature says she'll take her evil order( by this time Kanon is tired of everyone calling her evil). Suddenly a red glow comes from Matsumoto's hat and lands in Kanon's hands: a sign that she's the Priestess of Sky,much to Matsumoto's chagrin.
Kanon then helps Marin defeat the creature and while purifying it Marin realizes she knows the creature and won't destroy an innocent life. Matsumoto is astonished that she was able to purify it without destroying it as it turns back into an octopus. Kanon is disgusted as her first kiss was almost with an octopus.
Also during the fight Urin admits to having unwittingly released Sedna.

Comment: So Urin is Horie Yui.

Wed. episode 13 of KOR Hikaru gets a make over to impress Kyosuke and all the boys suddenly start falling for her. Kyosuke himself suddenly realizes how cute Hikaru is and decides to invite her to a concert. Then he makes the mistake of calling her "Ayukawa" making her mad and she runs off. In the meantime Yuusaku is pissed at Kyosuke and stops him. They have a confrontation at a water fountain but Hikaru steps in to try to stop it. Both boys wind up falling in though.
Later at ABCB Hikaru states that trying to act like an adult is too much.
Earlier the Master had told Madoka that girls like her didn't need to bother with make themselves over as they're able to attract men just the way they are.

Th. episode 22 of Little Busters the gang is still worried about Kud as no new news about the accident has come out of Tebua. When she runs off to be alone Rin and Riki find her and she tells them all about her past and how she's always failed to live up to expectations. Riki tries to cheer her up by telling her that she should only try to be the best of who she really is. Kyosouke tells everyone that the Tebua embassy is going to pick up Kud so she can go home, but she may not be able to come back.
After wondering what to do Kud finally decides to go back home to Tebua.

Friday episode 15 of Inukami a rather silly episode about Keita getting some pills as thanks from a Tanuki he once saved from a feral dog. The pills were supposed to make anyone that took them fall in love with the first person they see. There was a similar story in the Ranma 1/2 manga, except in that one there were two different types: temporary and permanent. In this episode there was only one type. The way it worked was that after taking the pill the first person who saw you would fall madly in love with you. For awhile Keita enjoys having Yoko and then Sendan, Sayoko,Imari and Tomohane fall for him ( it didn't work with the one girl he wanted it to: Nadeshiko because he dropped it in the dirt! ) until he remembers their true natures. Also hilariously poor Keita finds himself becoming a magnet for grannies and he-men!
Overall, as I said, silly but fun watch still.

Saturday episode 12 of Haibane Renmei the penultimate episode. Rakka learns that all the Haibane have two meanings to their names, one which is given by the other Haibane when they're hatched from the cocoon based on their cocoon dream and the other which is their True Name, which they get later when they have their Day of Flight. The Communicator gives Rakka the stone with her True Name ("Involved Nut") and tells her that she needs to give Reki hers before it's too late.
Rakka also learns about The Passing of the Year Festival which is like the Japanese New Year celebration. During this time Reki finally reconciles with the Old Factory Haibane knowing that she has limited time as an Haibane left.

Sunday episode 6 of Gingitsune Yumi and Fubnabashi come to the shrine to give Satoru a welcoming party. But he doesn't want to have anything to do with it. Even Makoto's best efforts only land her in more trouble with Haru. Gintaro reminds Haru that Satoru has to live in the human world and so needs to learn to socialize with other humans. At first the girls' plans to involve Satoru keep running into the walls he's built around himself but when he gets annoyed at them for bugging him while he's trying to study Makoto starts to laugh and then the other two. This leads to him lightning up at last.

Monday watched episode 6 of Beautiful Bones, Yui thinks she witnesses an almost suicide and starts looking for the woman to prevent her from going through with it. She gets help from the home room teacher and Officer Utmutsi. Unfortunately her sketching ability is Rukia level, so the picture she draws is of no real help. Then she literally bumps into Sakurako and she agrees to help. Looking at the ring that Yui found she agrees it's made of synthetic diamonds and notes further that the base is made of human bone. Then reading the letter she laughs and states that it isn't a suicide note: rather the woman was trying to throw her late lover's ashes into the river(which Sakurako then does). She also notes that the ring is a funeral ring, a custom she says that is more common in the West than Japan.
Comment: this whole episode is centered around Yui instead of either Sakurako or Shotaro for a change.

Tuesday episode 3 of Umi Monoagatari, Kanon is slowly trying to come to grips with the events of the past day when she finds that Matsumoto and the girls are still there. Her mother tells her to listen to Matsumoto and at the same time remarks to the turtle that his shell would make an excellent
prop for her fortunetelling. After trying to take a bath ,that is interrupted by Marin and Urin jumping in and enjoying it,Kanon goes to do her fortune telling job but sees Suzuki. She and Urin hide as Marin talks to Suzuki about Kanon and learns that despite everything she is a good hearted and kind girl.
Coming back from town they are attacked by two more of Sedna's minions. Kanon runs off muttering that it has nothing to do with her, but retraces her steps when she realizes that Marin is in trouble.
With Matsumoto's help she's able to help Marin defeat them and watches as Marin purifies them.
Comment: Urin's jealousy is slowly growing episode by episode. In this one she wishes she were the Sky Priestess instead of Kanon. It's also clear that Marin's growing friendship with Kanon is driving Urin further and further away(even though Marin is the type of girl who can love everyone equally).

Wed. ep. 14 of KOR after a dream where Madoka says she doesn't want to be with him any more Kyosuke is in the sulks. His sisters have him come to a gym where women wrestlers are practicing. He's surprised to see Madoka in the ring and learns that she does it for the exercise. Deciding that Madoka might think he's a wimp after the manager throws him into the wall with a mere slap on the back,Kyosuke decides to get help from Yuusaku. Meanwhile at ABCB the Master tells Madoka that all boys have a bit of Tom Sawyer in them and want to act and look tough for the girl they like. Then she hears from Hikaru that Kyosuke has gotten all beat up from the karate and goes to see him. Later Kysouke decides the interpretation of the dream was wrong since he was sleeping backwards!

Thursday episode 23 of Little Busters the other Little Busters are concerned when they learn of the turmoil in Tebua. Kud gets captured by the rebels and is chained in a cave with water leaking from the roof. In her desperation she can hear the thoughts of all the others. This encourages her to try hard to escape. Then in Japan Riki has a sympathetic response and Kud can feel it. With this she is able to free herself from the chains and escape. Later the news reports that the government of Tebua has finally calmed the situation down and things are back to normal there. After a reunion with her mother Kud decides to return to Japan.
Comment: after ther arc finished it seems that Kanata has become more or less an unofficial member of the Little Busters and is close to her sister. She is even in on the discussion about Kud's safety and shows that she does really care for her tiny roommate.

Friday watched episode 16 of Inukami, Kaoru gives the pack a holiday at his villa by the sea.
Keita and Yoko also arrive and Igusa is encouraged to tell a ghost story that scares Tayune. The rest of the girls tease her and she stomps off angry. Everyone then, except Nadeshico and Tomohane decide to play a prank on Tayune in order to scare her; but it backfires as the mannequin they're using suddenly comes alive scaring EVERYONE!
Meanwhile Furano, Tenso and Gokoya find a secret basement at the cabin in the woods and are startled to find what they take to be an image of Kaoru. With everyone running around screaming, Tayune runs into Keita whom she takes to be Kaoru and he exorcises the spirit. Then Sendan explains that this happens when Inukami's spirits aren't in sync with each other.

Saturday episode 13 finale of Haibane Renmei, Reki is still pessimistic as she says farewell to the others who are sleeping. Rakka is disturbed and wakes to follow her. She finds Reki alone in her room. Reki tries to get her to go away by yelling at her, but when she does she remembers her promise and what the bird did to help her. She steels herself to do the same for Reki. However she is held back by a girl from Reki's imagination who is trying to prevent her from seeking help. Rakka yells to Reki to call her name; this breaks Reki out of her stupor and Rakka races to help her just in time before she is run over by the train in the picture. In the end Rakk accompanies her as Reki begins her walk into the West Woods. But Reki reminds her of the tradition that Haibane's Day of Flight must not be witnessed and tells her to close her eyes..
In the epilog Rakka is exploring some more of the Old Home when she finds two new Haibane Cocoons starting to grow and excitingly runs to tell the others.

Sunday episode 7 of Gingitsune Makoto, Satoru, Gintaro and Haru are taking a walk around town in order to show Haru and Satoru the scenery. They meet Yumi at Shouhei's family's temple.
Weird things are going on but the priests think it is haunted because they can't see the Heralds, two young monkeys. Makoto and everyone but Yumi can. They talk to the Heralds but they would rather play pranks on people and get on Gintaro's nerves and make Haru so angry she chases after them. It turns out because nobody can see them there's no one to bridge the gap between the Heralds and Humans. Also the reason the monkeys play pranks is because they want to make people happy and they thought playing pranks would do so. This is because the temple is on the same land as a cemetery and they see people come to mourn their lost loved ones and think pranking them would make them laugh.

Monday watched episode 5 of Matoi it starts with a flashback to when Yuma was a little girl and met the Fox and Tanuki spirits. Her grandfather decided she was too young and seals them away. In the present Clarus accompanies Yuma and Matoi to school and then Matoi later in the evening finds her up a tree near her house. She invites her to stay at the house. The next day she and Yuma take Clarus clothes shopping. Afterwards Clarus is stared at by the crowd.
Yuma wants to know if she'll ever get a guardian spirit like her friends and Clarus says there is a way but when she realizes her guardian spirit instead of going through her like it's supposed to a barrier appears. This barrier breaks the seal and the Fox and Tanuki spirits are free.Clarus and Matoi transform and chase after them through the Higher Dimensions but can't catch them. Finally Yuma prays and the two spirits stop and begin to dance for her and she joins in. Clarus and Matoi watch as Yuma is happy that her wish is fulfilled and she can be an Exorcist Girl at last.

Tuesday episode 4 of Umi Monogaatari Warin is worried about Marin and Urin and think the Sky People have done something bad to them. The next day Matsumoto gives Kanon a treasure map, he wants her to go to Kagero Island in order to be purified. Kanon leaves with Marin and Urin is upset again because she is left behind. Kanon's mom tells her a ghost story about a ship wrecked pirate ship in the bowls of a cave on Kagero Island but then says it's just a story but it scares Urin.
Meanwhile Marin and Kanon have come upon the ship by accident and they eat lunch. Warin attacks them thining they're enemies but relents when she realizes it's Marin. Sam pisses off Kanon and her Evil Aura(patent pending) is used by Sedna to awaken the female pirate captain and her crew. They attack but Kanon can't transform to help Marin until she sees how much Warin loves Marin. This helps her to transform and help Marin defeat the ghosts.
Later on land as Warin and Sam say their goodbyes Matsumoto admits that the treasure he wanted Kanon to find was an old exchange diary he had with the first female turtle he ever loved.
But Urin's jealousy grows as she clutches Kanon's ring..

Well, I tried to at least give the shows I've given up a final chance by watching their last episodes but frankly none improved.
I've noticed however how 3D material has become a stable (background) in almost all shows.

Lord El-Melloi II Case Files
is a good example with currently the most prevalent theme : 19/20th century art textures.
Also this Fate/Night offshoot is one I can recommend from this last batch of shows.

Is also good entertainment.

Shinchou Yuusha
A young goddess is tasked to save an S-class endangered world. By accident she finds a candidate with extremely high stats and is excited about being able to complete her mission. As it turns out he's extremely cautious. Imagine someone with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder about being careful/cautious.
His (excessive multiple) world shattering crushing-power in dealing with a slim calls the attention of a demon king's general...
It's a comedy, not that funny and I don't see much in the story. It feels like those sado-maso appealing kind of show.

Hataage! Kemono Michi
On the eve of world championship of wrestling, Animal Mask is summoned to another world. As animal lover he intends to create a world where beast and man live in harmony.
This is the most hilarious perverted perversed isekai/another-world show. Forget the story you are here for the hard laugh on the adventurous perversions.

Ore wo Suki nano wa Omae dake ka yo
A pretend goody goody guy has to help out his two childhood/romantic interest girl friends to hook up with his best friend. And the only girl interested in him is a weird megane stalker girl.
This is a (comedic?) show about two faced people and their troubles dealing with normal people.
I honestly see no good in this one either.

Honzuki no Gekokujou
A book reading obsessed (nerd) died and is reborn in a world without books.
It's about her adventure in discovering this medieval world and introducing modern knowledge/book-related-inventions.
It's interesting but so far nothing more on the horizon yet. I'll be watching it some more.

Wed. episode 15 of KOR the twins have a spat and Kyosuke gets in the middle of it; as a result he's pretty pissed and Hikaru thinks he's giving her the cold shoulder. Later Yuusaku gets pissed at Kurumi as she unwittingly used the power while playing volleyball and the ball socked him in the face. Hikaru comes to her rescue and Madoka helps out Manami when she cuts herself while on cleaning duty outside. Mr. Kasuga's latest photo exhibit is the same week and Madoka refuses to help Kysouke and company saying she has to help at a party at ABCB. During the preparation for the opening Hatta, Komatsu and Hikaru are all puzzled at the Kasagu siblings behavior still. The girls finally make up by the time of the opening and Madoka shows up. Kyosuke and his sisters wind up standing in front of the photos of Madoka and Hikaru and his sisters try to have him make a decision over which is better, but of course he can't.

Thursday episode 24 of Little Busters The next assignment is a puppet show and Rin is excited to help out. But the problem is she doesn't know a thing about doing one. Kamodari volunteers to help with some stories she wrote and the others decide to come up with their own stories. Mio's is about a honeymoon couple and aliens( probably the Midori side of her personality showing here), but Rin decides to go with Kamdori's story of a penguin. The play is a success but when she goes to find Kamodari to tell her she can't find her. When she does she's on the school roof telling Rin that she was making a wish on the last star and then shows her her braids that are star shaped and allows Rin to share one to make a wish with.

Friday episode 17 of Inumaki Tonohame and Nadeshiko come to Keita and Yoko with a problem, Kaoru and Karina have disappeared into a painting and they don't know how to get them out. The only thing they know is that has to do with talking to the painting. Keita figures out that it only activates when questions and answers are asked and given. So he precedes to ask Nadeshiko all sorts of pervy questions but Yoko stops him and asks more reasonable ones. Then the three of them are sucked into the painting leaving Tonohame alone since she didn't ask or answer a question. In the painting the trio discover that it's like some sort of video game and to advance they need to get past each new Boss. Unfortunately every Boss is a muscle man!
Meanwhile Karina and Kaoru look to be captured by Karina's ancestor who created all the magic items he has been searching for. They both manage to escape but everyone arrives at the same spot where Nadeshiko has been left behind. Yoko meets Kaoru for the first time. Karina's ancestor reveals that he is a pervert and wants to conquer the world so that his every perverted desire will become real!

Saturday episode 1 of Ikki tousen Hakufu arrives at Nanyo Academy and starts picking fights with every one is sight. When her cousin Kokin asks why later she says because her mother told her in order to conquer Nanyo she has to first fight and beat 30 students. Unfortunately one of them turns out to be one of the Big Four and her kick doesn't seem to do anything to him, instead he sends her literally flying into the school wall. But later on he collapses in the hallway.
Going home Kokin and Hakufu are surprised to find her mother Goei there.She's decided to chaperone the two of them even though Kokin reminds her that they're cousins.
Ryomou is introduced coming down the steps and indicates that she isn't scared of Hakufu. She reaffirms that later in the park.
Comment: Sooooo…….Inoue Kikou is Goei in the original Japanese version and Wendee Lee in Seasons 1, 3-4 in the dub. Wendee Lee as Goei is gonna be fun!
Also Carrie Savage has Hakufu….bit of disconnect after watching the dub of Haibane Renmei and her playing Rakka in that. Totally different personalities!

Sunday episode 8 of Gingitsune This episode really centers around Hiwako's driver (Hiwako being Funabashi's first name).It's shown that he has a secret crush on her being only ten years older.Also Hiwako wants to get her dad a birthday present but doesn't know what to get since being a diplomat he isn't around a lot and so she doesn't know his tastes. Yumi suggests they all go to a new mall that's opening and Makoto agrees. Hiwako is worried that she won't be able to use her driver but he agrees to take them. At the mall she winds up buying one of two blue ties for her dad. The next day at school she's late because she and Makoto have to take a classmate to the hospital and the driver takes them there. The classmate is embarrassed because she only had constipation. Hiwako asks Makoto if she wants a ride home and she accepts. At the shrine Hiwako shows the driver the proper etiquette to observe while Gintaro and Haru watch in hiding. At the end of the episode Haru says the title: Humans Are Strange because she just can't understand them.
