It's time toupgrade the name!
I don't know how they came to name it Banner/Crest in english so...

something like 'Parallel Universes'
somewhat longer: 'x Parallel y Universes' where x, y are multiverse parameters eg
'Parallel Stars/Seikai Universes' or 'Legends of Parallel Universess'

Any way I came up with another jokey name for the new forum:
Ayuko's House of Pain!
Seriously I think something with a nice Sci Fiey theme to it would be a good idea so in case we wanted to expand later to include other Sci Fi anime.

Folks are doing more joking than thinking of useful titles...

The move will be done when we've got the databases merged.
Of which...

1. Duke hasn't been able to do the crawler for here due to finals.
2. IP+ hasn't fixed their servers, no one's manning the fort, so I can't get databases for AFC or PWCF.

3. We need all of the above combined + possibly with the new forum db and Kazuki has hinted that he may have a much older backup of the original Dual forum.

When we get that... we'll be in good shape. I still have yet to get a skin together for the new forum either.

I tried to get on to Parallel Worlds yesterday but it had another message that it was unavaible for some reason.
Joking aside,this is going to be hard to find a name for the new forum.It has to reflect what the forum's about after all.

How about Labrynth?I know has more of a Silent Mobius feel to it,what with Yuki's coffee shop being named the Labrynith.Still would make a good name I think.

Doesn't sound right. The name should have something to do with space or at least SF.
Besides I think that coffee shop name might by a cue name. If you haven't noticed yet a bunch of shops have those cue names in various animes.

This is gonna be tougher than we thought,especially when you consider it has to be something that would cover not only Crest/Banner of the Stars but also Tenchi and Dual.
Tenchi and Dual would be easy since they share a common Multiverse but since Crest/Banner has nothing to do with them it makes it all the more tougher.

Well they have galactic empires and space as a common theme.
I added sections at the new board, she's still not really setup properly but it least
it's taking shape. If things decide to get merged further, such as Tenchi with Dual into
just the Tenchi verse or Kajishima's Worlds... then we can handle that later.

Right now the board is called Alternative Worlds for lack of something better.
Couldn't think of anything that combined parallel without sounding Dual specific.

Sounds good enough. Imho i don't see why 'parallel' shouldn't be part of the name, after it's about multiverses, but i understand the fairness thought.
Maybe tackling the japanese name rather than the english....

I finally got registered over at the other forum.Though finding that if you post anything they still say you have to wait to get Mod Approval before it shows up.
